Wade's Trainer Is Working With Jermaine

Aug 03, 2009 4:31 PM EST
Chicago-based trainer Tim Glover, who worked with Dwyane Wade last summer, will work out with Heat center Jermaine O'Neal for a month.

The sessions were scheduled to begin this week.

O'Neal is trying to bounce back from knee problems that have bothered him in recent seasons and build lower body strength.

Does this mean he's giving up that 'prison style' workout or whatever he called it? Remember when the Toronto training staff got really angry with him for refusing to change?

I may be in the minority here but I'd like to see him bounce back and do well.

All JO care's is about lifting heavyweights which won't do anything to help him in basketball.

He's a good rebounder and shot blocker in 2k9 though. He can't dunk or finish udnerneath the basket worth shit though. Also, like you guys said his jumper is shit shit unless your playing on rookie mode.

I play on Hall of Fame and I make jumpers with him. When I'm not missing layups and shooting jumpers, it's Chalmers and Wade
