As if there hasn't already been enough speculation about LeBron James' plans for the future, the next five months are going to be off the charts.

But go ahead and cross off the Clippers, Nets and Heat from the list of potential destinations for James, even though they've all got salary cap space to attract the NBA's top free agent this summer.

This dude's reasons for 'crossing out' those teams are fairly base.. only Lebron himself could convince me...

Lebron and Bosh going nowhere imo. They've settled down for awhile now and they are respected by the fans and management.
Amare and Wade on the other hand, I'd say they will move out. I think Amare is at a stage he really wants a championship and Wade just doesnt have good players around him. That, or Amare will come to miami

Wade will probably go to Chicago. They've got way more talent than the Heat and he'd be playing at home.

rose/Hinrich
wade/Brown
Deng/Johnson
Gibson/Warrick
Noah/Miller

Hinrich as the 6th man...and if they resign, Warrick and brown, look out, they will contend for the title...quit possibly, the best backcourt in the NBA..

thats a fucking scary team...

I agree.

A Rose/Wade backcourt would be disgusting.

I still say Lebron would look good in a Cleveland Browns uniform...

Chicago needs a low post presence, could they sign amare as well? Then they would be pure contenders.

The only team I can see Lebron signing with is NYK, but Cleveland is close to a 'ship/home/willing to give LeBron what he wants. IMO Lebron stays in Clevland.

In a way its funny NYC, Cleveland, Chicago, Miami and SAC are all rated in the 20 worst cities to live in the USA by Forbes. Too bad the Raptors don't have the capspace or they could be contenders for LBJ.

With all the teams with Cap space Miami, NY, NJ, Chicago, Sac, Wash. there are really very few players to fill those slots of quality.

See alot of disappointed teams.

I dont think Rose and Wade would mesh well. They play the exact same style except Wade is bigger and stronger.

Chicago should be doing everything in their power to get Amare. They really just need to fill out their bench after that. Think about it, Rose+Hinrich+Deng+Amare+Noah? Thats one of the best all around starting 5s in the NBA. You get the most dominant pick and roll duo by far in the NBA, plus Noah who can cover Amares back and will help Amare a ton on becoming better on defence because his energy is contagious. You have Deng who is one of the more solid offensie SFs in the NBA AND hes a top 3 defensive SF IMO. And Hinrich, though small, can defend the best player at the 1 or 2 on any night and will get a ton of open looks with 2 dominant options on offence.

Just fill out the bench with the rest of the cap and you have a potential dynasty on your hands.

As for Lebron, why wouldnt he go to the nets?

He has a strong relationship with one of the joint owners in Jay Z, he is still offered all the advertising opportunities in going to Brooklyn as going to NY, hes playing in a new stadium, he has an owner who is one of the richest people ever who will do whatever it takes to get him and make him happy when he arrives, and he has a much better core team that hes going to vs NY who barely has any potential to grow as a team.

Gallo+???????

vs

Harris Lee Lopez top 3 pick

....

Easy choice
