why can't AB play with KG? At what point has he been shown to cry like Big Baby... and how did that ruin Big Baby's career? What makes you think he couldn't?

This (except the "even take back Fredette" part, i don't see them wanting to drop him).

As a sidenote, given Lowry's body language and history, it's a smart move to trade him as opposed to adding a draft pick or such. You want to surround a headcase like Cousins with mature, level, pro characters.

I think Cousins-Valanciunas frontcourt would be very interesting. Valanciunas should become a great fit next to Cousins eventually.

Totally agree... and if not fredette, who I don't see as much, just take back their worst contract... maybe two!

Fredette is not really filler. He could play a really solid bench role on another team. Sac just has too many shoot-first players, so he doesn't really add much to their roster. But Fredette would be useful to a team that's desperate for outside shooting and a scoring punch off the bench. I doubt the Kings view him as a "throw in" to get rid of, although Kings management has done many questionable things over the past few years.

He's averaging 9ppg off the bench in only 14mpg on 45FG%, 42 3PT%

That's far from a throw in imo, agreed.
