Could Desmond Mason put the Nuggets over the Top?

Quote:
Desmond Mason visited the Nuggets this week and there is "mutual interest" between the two parties, according to the forward's agent.

"I think he'd bring a lot to the Nuggets. He's played for George [Karl] before, which is a big bonus," agent Roger Montgomery told FanHouse. "Absolutely [Mason is] interested."

Mason played for Karl in Milwaukee during the 2002-03 season.

Montgomery added that Mason, who missed half of last season with a hyperextended left knee, has a "clean bill" of health.

Denver is also in discussions with free agents Wally Szczerbiak and Ronald Murray.

"We're still in discussions, but that's not something I want to go into with the media," Szczerbiak told FanHouse. "We're communicating."

He could replace Linas Kleiza. He is much more athletic than Linas.

The nuggets need to find the same lightning in a bottle that the found last season. The leftover scraps of free agency isn't going to do it. I think they might have missed their best chance when they failed to beat LA (damn them).

LOL Thriller is correct.

Unless the Nuggets are 2 inches away of being first, that's a misleading title. They're almost there, but not that close..
Desmond Mason is a joke.

How is the title misleading, it's a question? If the title said Desmond Mason will put the Nuggets over the top then you have a beef. Instead, answer the question yes or no and move on, no biggie.

NO
