I havent followed the sixers that much but maurice cheeks has changed their mentallity and made a team without real stars int a playoff team.

I'd have to say Mo Cheeks too. I don't think that anyone in their right mind would of predicted how well this team played this season.

I'm with everyone MoCheeks first and Byron Scott second. What Cheeks has been able to do with a team taht started out with 18-30 and since then has gone on a 22-10 run has been nothing short of incredible.
