Clippers Clippers sign Matt Barnes

Smart signing for the Clippers. This team will again be fun to watch this season.

Didn't the clippers sign Odom and Grant Hill? They have Caron too. Plenty of SFs on their team.

Why do people continually call players SFs who have played PF multiple years in a row?

Odom has played ONE game at SF since his Miami days, and I dont even remember him playing much SF there.

And I'm a bit confused at Barnes signing with LAC since he is behind Hill and Butler, but I think he may get some time at PF in smallball lineups since the Clippers already have all of their minutes taken up at 1, 2, 3 with CP3 Bledsoe Billups Crawford Butler and Hill. The Clippers are 10 deep if they stay healthy and their vets arent broken.

I think the Clippers have enough savy vets on their squad with Billups, Evans, Martin, Odom, and Hill. Now they have just added another one with Barnes.

It actually might just help them get over in the playoffs with all the experience though.

Kenyon Martin's a free agent. I'm suprised no one has picked him up.

Clips have a nice lineup with some really good bench guys, gonna be a fun team to watch with Crawford, CP3, Jordan and Griffin on the court at the same time.

Odom has more experience playing center than small forward the past few years. He actually was the starting center for Team USA in the FIBA 2010 Championship.
