Default Charlotte Bobcats interview Jerry Sloan

Quote:
Former Utah Jazz coach Jerry Sloan interviewed Friday for the Charlotte Bobcats vacant coaching job, according to a report in the Deseret News.

Sloan, according to the report, met with Bobcats owner Michael Jordan and other members of the team's front office in Utah on Friday. Sloan told the Deseret News he had not yet been offered the position.

"They might come back, they might not," Sloan said. "I can't judge that. We'll just have to wait and see where it goes from there. ... They want to make a decision when they can, and do all their homework."

With Unibrow & Sloan, being a Bobcats fan wouldn't be so bad.

I wonder how Sloan would work with Jordan.

Heck, I wonder how Sloan would work with a guy like Tyrus Thomas.

I dunno if it matters a lot. I see at least 4 teams dissolving back into the league. Times are tough with the whole global economy, bad lending, and wars for oil and precious metals. Billlionares that want to blow all their money on a cruddy basketball team are getting harder to find. If this MJ, Cho, possibly Coach Sloan thing doesn't produce amazing results, then Charlotte has to be first to walk the plank.
