![]() it's true. NBA players seem to lack motivation a lot of the time. I don't like making generalizations, but it's the feeling i get from watching the sport. God knows it's the feeling i have gotten from watching the Raptors over many long years.

![]() The coaches job is to motivate. Pure and simple.
If the team isnt playing motivated then the coaches are to blame for the most part. If a player is uncoachable... then cut em loose. |
