Bynum pissed off his neighbors

This guy is quickly becoming a joke. Philadelphia fucked up giving Iggy up for this clown and i don't think they'll re-sign him next summer. What a mess!

Documents filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court and obtained by USA TODAY Sports show Bynum has sued, and is being counter-sued by two neighbors, for his behavior as a home owner in the Los Angeles suburb of Westechester.

Bynum filed suit first, on June 1, claiming he was "harassed" by Ramond and Cindy Beckett, "who object" to his "profession, his race, his friends, his cars, and his taste in music."

The Becketts countersued July 11, writing, "Andrew Bynum is a great basketball player and a terrible neighbor who presumes that being an NBA All Star entitles him to party like a rock star in the otherwise quiet Westchester neighborhood where he lives."

TMZ Sports first reported on the suits.

The Becketts go on to write: "Bynum has demonstrated open contempt for the Becketts specifically and for the neighborhood generally by blasting loud, profane, and disrespectful music and video games at window-shaking volumes; by letting his dogs run loose through the neighborhood; by apparently engaging in illegal drug use and permitting marijuana smoke to drift into the Becketts' backyard; by constructing a fence on his property which is not in compliance with the community codes and regulations; by conspicuously brandishing firearms in an attempt to threaten and intimidate the Becketts in retaliation for their legitimate complaints; and, perhaps most seriously, by recklessly racing his luxury cars through the neighborhood at dangerous speeds where children or others could be injured or killed."

Bynum denied all the allegations in a subsequent filing and claims the Becketts have since sold their house so no longer are neighbors.

In hindsight it was a bad move. But the GM admitted they knew it was a risk taking him on. The sixers thought by getting Bynum who is arguably the second best centre in the game, it would put them over. With all those red flags with respect to his health, I wouldn't have given those young fillers -Vucevic, Harkless, 1st rounder. I was upset with the Lakers getting Howard out of it.

Iggy would've left anyways. I don't see the risk. If Philly had Iggy for this year, they would've made a decent run in the playoffs, nothing more. Bynum has a shot at staying, whether they want him or not.

This is ridiculous and I wouldn't be surprised to see discrimination/racism play a factor here. He's living in a rich, likely predominantly white, suburb. He's a young black kid. The "note" the party writes is hilarious.

As for jeff's claim. If Bynum was healthy, I give up Igoudala every single time.

So do I but he's a player that's had major knee issues already, only had a year left on his contract and is immature and not too bright. It was quite a risk and not looking like a smart move. If BC made that move he'd be ripped a new asshole right now. But because it's someone else and it didn't workout it was still a good move.

Immature and not too bright on the basketball court?

Bynum is a potential franchise building block and legit C. I can understand Philly being frustrated, but you get from under a bad contract to potentially control the second best centre. BC would be ripped, but I think alot of fans would understand it.

Come on, let's be honest, the guy is simple in the head. Besides he is loaded, has what 40-60 million? He may as well retire after this season, he has no reason to trouble himself with all this hard work and sweating.

I can understand taking the risk by giving up Iggy, since they have Turner to take over his role (so far, Turner has done a decent job). But they gave up some decent filler/sweetner, too. Vucevic looks like a nice prospect.
