The NBA expects nine teams will end up having lost money once luxury-tax distribution and revenue-sharing payments are finalized. The Nets, with that monster $144 million figure, are the biggest losers. Next in line? The Wizards, with projected losses of about $13 million. That's right: The Nets lost $131 million more than any other NBA team last season. This is what happens when you pay $90 million in luxury tax for an aging roster and play in a market so large you are ineligible to receive any revenue-sharing help.
^ This is from Jeff's article. I can't believe that the Wizards were 2nd in projected losses at 13 mil.

Well he owns half the arena so overall he still made money just the team lost money but I'm sure half the arena and a team could sell for 2 billion or more so I'm sure he isn't to worried about the 144 million dollars he apparently lost which we all know nba tries to make those numbers worst what they truly are

Also I call bullshit on indiania losing money. They had 3 rounds of playoffs. They only broke even because of revenue sharing in the report

But if factor in that a playoff game estimated worth in profit is 5 million dollars well didn't they have 7 plus regular season local tv deal and revenue sharing.

What's insane is that this guy is paying:

"All-Star" Joe Johnson $21 million
Deron "ankles" Williams $18 million
Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett AKA "Grumpy Old Men 3" a combined $27 million
and Marcus 'I can't shoot" Thornton $8 million

That right there is pretty much our entire year salary in those 5 losers ahahahahahaahahahahhahahaahahahahahahaha

In we trust

I was just thinking about this again today and I've come to the conclusion that this has to be the worst case of GM'ing I've ever seen.

Capped out.

No Kidd.

No Pierce.

A broken D-Will.

An overrated JJ.

An ancient KG.

No picks for the foreseeable future.

Ick.
