Request not granted. Hyperbole is your specialty and I'll say as such when I please. It is obviously very easy for you to avoid facing up to errors by blaming others, then finding some irrelevant complaint to drudge up and turn the tables.

Maybe I'm wrong, though.

At least you have assets to trade and continue to build.
You're tellin' me. KP was the bomb! He got fired cuz his #2 porked the mascot on Paul Allen's desk or some weird crap. Then he was dumb enough to lie about it. But he helped this team tremendously, especially in the draft room.

I broke down what this new, quiet and mysterious GM has done for the Blazers so far this season, on the Blazers.com fan page. I got little response, so that means I hit them where it hurts. Here it is, just for the Raptor fans that are interested:

gretta777 brings up some good points, let's break it down for the umteenth time
__________________________________________________ __________________________

Martell Webster, 6' 6" 210lb SF, long time Blazer favorite, and had some nice games here.
- traded this summer for Ryan Gomes, a very capable player from the Timberwolves

Ryan Gomes, 6' 7" 230lb SF, a decent defender, big body, can score the basketball.
- was a Blazer for 10 minutes, until they traded Gomes for the #14 rookie draft pick sensation Luke Babbitt.

Luke Babbitt, 6' 8" 198lb SF, he's the sensational #14 pick of the 2010 NBA Draft.
- can't dribble, was sent to the D league.

Pendergraph, C/PF 6' 9" 250lb, promising young talent, enjoyed hacking fools and bending the rim.
- injured in preseason, Cho waived his contract, replaced Jeff with .......... nothin'

Bayless, PG/G 6'2" 200lb, hard worker, not afraid to get hurt, got to the foul line, leader of the bench brigade
- Cho traded him for a rookie prospect next season, replaced with .......... nothin'

The big O, Greg Oden 7 foot, a million pounds
- can't play, needs surgery, Cho replaced him with .......... Oberto

Oberto, 6'10 from Argentina, actually played fairly good and the Blazers jumped out to a 4-1 start.
- he's got a bad ticker, had to retire, Cho replaced him with ........ Sean Marks

Sean Marks.......uhhhhhhh

I understood the Webster move to some degree because you already had better swingmen in Matthews, Roy, Batum and Rudy.

I didn't understand the Bayless move for you guys, simply because he seemed to be a bigger part of the future there. I understand the allure of a first round pick but when you're coming into the season being considered a playoff team, why would you sell assets? The only thing that could make some sense is if more teams see the 1st round pick as an asset in any potential trade.

Right now, the saving grace of the offseason was the Wes Matthews deal. As a Jazz fan, I was sad to see him go, but it's nice to see him succeed too.

Portland Trail Blazers star Brandon Roy(notes) will have arthroscopic surgery on both of his knees next week.

The team says there is no timetable for the All-Star guards return.

Roy has missed 16 games this season because of soreness in his knees, which he has said is caused by a lack of cartilage.

Roy is averaging 16.6 points in 23 games this season. For his career, the three-time All-Star and 2007 NBA Rookie of the Year is averaging 19.9 points and 4.9 assists.

Roys decision to have surgery was first reported by the Portland Tribune newspaper on its website. It will be performed next week by Dr. Don Roberts.

Im trying to do the best thing I can to get back on the floor, Roy said in a statement Thursday. Weve been able to get a number of different opinions and its something weve decided.

Son of a .....!

Nahh though, seriously they gotta fix Roy. He had no legs, was in obvious pain. I saw lil' Mav PG JJ Barrea knock Roy to the floor with ease going after a loose ball.

TWICE!!

The surgery isn't going to do much. His knees are, sadly, beyond repair at this point.

Roy is absolutely done.... it's sad indeed. Blazers should definitely blow it up, but for the fact Roy is untradeable

It's terrible because LA has shown to be a stud PF.... better than Bosh. Roy and Oden's situation just kind of prevents them from adding to what they have in place.

Note... meant just to edit, not reply... lol

OK this is just getting ridiculous. In what universe is Aldridge better than Bosh? Do you hate the guy that much for leaving that suddenly Bosh isn't a perennial all-star and the former great hope of our team?

Roy coulda been packin' around a bunch of crap in there and makin' his knees all swollen. I guess he's been missing one of those meniscus' since high school. I wouldn't count him out just yet, the dude's one tough hombre.
