LOL... when was Bosh ever voted in as a starter? Votes didn't mean jack.

The EC coaches always brought him in because he was one of most talented bigs in the game. Period.

I guess that he probably begged Team USA to take him too right?

I'm just surprised he didn't make a documentary about him begging for all-star votes.

Your man love for RuPaul is frightening. Do you have some kind of secret shrine to worship Bosh or something? I think 9,000 of your posts are praising Bosh because that is all I see you do.

I'm not surprised that you see it that way considering the ridiculous hate that you seem to have for him.

You've taken the hate to a whole new level lately. Congrats.

you're both right.

don vito has made some of the most 'out there' claims i've ever seen on this board in the last few weeks and torap has made over 500 posts containing the word 'bosh' since the end of july - one cb was no longer a raptor.

is that enough for the two of you to call it quits on this nonsense for a little while?

its different when ur team essentially only has 3 offensive options.....they arent a deep team like the bulls where the scoring is spread

Chicago has it's limits on offense. They lack scoring at the two and off the bench. Fact is, when you have Wade/Lebron scoring 50ppg between them on 37 shots per game, it's huge for Bosh to score 19ppg. Third option is a third option. I mean, he's a starter and is the 3rd option on the floor when playing with the other two players for 3/4 of his time on the floor. Bosh takes 5 less shots then two top players on the team. His shooting % his last season here was 52%, this season he shot 50%. As far as scoring goes, nobody could have asked better from Bosh in this situation. Rebounding wise is a different story, but my only arguement to that is his start to the season. If you look at his season after the first 6 weeks he averaged nearly 10rpg. Understandable since he probably had more adjusting to do then Lebron or Wade with the formation of this team.

fair enough, but honestly Bosh has maintained dec stats throughout the year as third option solely because of heats offensive limitations, and because they are built uniquely to cater to a small group of players.....considering the heat will likely deepen their bench considerably in the offseason (and mirror their roster more closely to a traditional one rather then surrounding the big three with extremely limited role players and aging ring chasers), expect the amount of touches Bosh to get to drop and his stats to drop considerably as well from this season, he just isnt aggressive enough of a player to demand his touches or earn them in the dirty areas......lebron and wade on the other hand, well lets just say expect a whole lot of the same from them....

in the end, i think bosh's game has regressed from his last season in toronto, and will continue to do so as long as hes playing beside those two...

if not, repost this and prove me wrong, just my opinion anyway....

Maybe so, but imo if he's regressed it's not by much. I agree he hasn't been as aggressive. But i remember the Heat saying last summer that they wanted Bosh to get down in weight a little, to be quicker. He's certainly smaller, which imo has effected his aggressiveness. IMO he's gonna have to get back to a 250lbs area to maintain the aggresion he had while here. If not he may very well continue to reggress, but on a greater level. But imo, like i said his reggression this season is fairly minimal and is mainly in the rebounding dept and like you said, his aggressiveness. But i really wonder what's being asked of him by the coaching staff?

If the Heat dont win it all...

Will Bosh be traded for Depth + picks? / cap room

I don't see him getting traded unless there is three straight failures to win it all.

regressing and taking on a different role are two very different things. I don't see how filling a role successfully can be translated into regressing. Unless that can be explained somehow, I'm going to think that's just a terrible choice of words.

The guy is a great player, and did allot for the city of toronto. Why do people find it so hard to love, and so easy to hate.
Says allot about their own character.
