Guess they wanted a shooting guard who can shoot lol. That and JJ is only what, 6.75 mil a year, a number that DD should be at, not 10 mil.

JJ is a nice way to stretch the floor for the clippers! (So is Dudley for that matter when he is on) Suddenly the clips a looking much much tougher. C'mon Howard......

from RealGM as well.......

That's a steal for Suns
Maybe bucks too, because Redick was a FA

Bledsoe is over rated imo. I think the Clips come out the best. EB had small stretches (I mean small) where he was showing flashes but when CP3 went down, EB couldn't really help the team win - no matter how extended his minutes were.

Great spin job Clips, by far the best player in that trade is coming to LA.

woodchuck 07-02-2013 06:15 PM

And Redick's salary looks very reasonable too. A great deal for the Clippers. Great for the Suns as well.
The Bucks gave away Tobias Harris for 2 2nd picks.

jeffb 07-02-2013 06:16 PM

What about Dragic?

LOG 07-02-2013 06:18 PM

I guess Bledsoe will play SG or maybe they will play Dragic at SG.

Kirby 07-02-2013 06:30 PM

Dragic, Marshall, Bledsoe. woooo

jeffb 07-02-2013 06:34 PM

Dragic/ Bledsoe/ Marshall
Bledsoe/ Tucker/ Brown
Butler/ Beasley/ Johnson
Scola/ Frye/ Beasley
Gortat/ Len/ O'neal

That's decent, in the west though......10th

Maybe deal Dragic for a starting SG.

I think Clippers made a great move.

Clippers still have their MLE and can still resign Barnes

They've got Bullock and Dudley at the 3 and then JC and Redick at the 2. They could definitely improve on the 3 spot so Barnes would come in handy but with Bledsoe gone, they may consider bringing in a backup PG. Maybe bring Mo Williams back.

win-win negotiating - business best practice.

Like every good deal - this one works for all teams involved.

Bledsoe gets to be on a team where he doesn't have to worry at all about winning. He'll get to shoot away and play with all the confidence in the world.

Clippers get solid role playing vets who can shoot the ball.

Milwaukee gets two picks.

KoolAid 07-02-2013 11:29 PM

It's gonna suck for Bledsoe, going to a shitty team that's also a divisional rival of his former team? :jack:

It's the best destination for a player like Bledsoe. In Phoenix, he'll be able to find out exactly how good he can be. Playoff contending teams simply wouldn't be comfortable with him shooting the basketball or handling it for long stretches.
