Are the Blazers cursed?

Quote:
"This has gone past crazy," Blazers coach Nate McMillan said. "It's bad luck, or whatever, to continue to see our guys drop the way that we are. To walk into the locker room and see LaMarcus Aldridge in a boot -- not just a swollen ankle -- but a boot. It's a credit to these guys."
Portland Trail Blazers' LaMarcus Aldridge leaves game with ankle sprain - ESPN

So the walking wounded in Portland stands at:
Nicolas Batum
Travis Outlaw
Rudy Fernandez
Patty Mills
Greg Oden
Joel Przybilla
LaMarcus Aldridge

I'm impressed that they're 21-13.

It doesn't matter if those guys went down. Portland is fucking stacked but I bet the injuries will catch up to them. If it continues it will be hard for them to get outta the first round of the playoffs

One has to start to wonder what are the trainers doing. The character they are showing is amazing. They have beaten some pretty good teams. Oden and Pryzbilla having a very similar season ending injury is insane. At least Bayless is finally getting minutes and Blake is not getting as much.

they are the deepest team in the league, and their main player (Roy) is healthy.
they will continue to do well.
the only way i see them losing is if Roy gets hurt. Aldridge getting banged up is going to affect them though, they have zero good big men now.

Every bigman picked by Portland is cursed.

Sam Bowie 2.0.

And I seem to remember a certain oster here who took slack saying that Oden would not be the best out of that draft class, although he did think that at the end of there careers that Durant wouldnt be the best either, but the jury is still out on that one.(Horford, Green , Young, Splitter)

Joakim Noah> Oden. Everyone hyped Oden so much at college, I knew Noah had the intensity to be more of an impact player.
