Have you ever been there? It's a great area.

Besides Al Jeff seems pretty content in smaller cities.

The last point is probably true. But city aside, that organization is the worst in the league (I know, coming from a Raptors fan), especially when you look at their attendance. Looks like it would be a depressing place to play.

November-april these guys work non stop and in the off season go somewhere else 9 times out of 10. so the city is all fine and good but that's not usually what attracts players. our city is top 5-6 in the nba, who do we attract? There is not one thing there that would make me want to play there if I was an nba player with options. i'd take less money elsewhere.

I think Utah might surprise some and let him go...I recall previously reading they want to go for one of the SF prospects.

Anyway I think this is a perfect chance to deal demar or Rudy to Charlotte if they're trying to make the playoffs.

You've been? Really dislike that place. Charlotte is a lot better than Salt Lake City.

Touché, just pointing out the matter that money speaks. Charlotte had capspace and they used it.

Aamir 07-05-2013 04:21 PM

This is a bad move IMO. The scoring is nice, but to use your cap space on a guy who isn't an all-star and won't change the culture of your team is not worth that. Jefferson is a horrible defender I heard.

I'd go just to get free courtside seats to watch the Lady Cats dance routines.
