There's no doubt in my mind. MJ was the best basketball player to ever grace the earth. I'm glad that I was around to see him play in his prime.

40 years old, and he scores 20+ straight against every defender NJ could throw his way. Martin, Jefferson, Kidd amongst them.

Watch the clips people, they are a treat. Especially the second one because NJ is actually playing defense. I hope Kobe gets to where MJ was at in his early 30s.

Michael would have dominated in any era. Wilt wouldn't have the height or athletic advantage he used to have now, so he couldn't dominate today's game. That has always been my rationale.

In my mind, MJ is the best ever hands down... had all the talent and athletic ability in the world, and the drive to live up to his potential on both ends of the court... in his 'old' age perfected his midrange game. if only vince had had his mindset.
