Probably the worst team he could have picked in terms of actually getting minutes, but a good move for the Celtics. No idea what Barbosa is thinking.

Not true. They like to play Bradley off the ball. Terry struggles so far handling the point, and really shows no desire to do that. Terry might not be the star they hoped for overall, and I think he's worse than Ray Ray.
Barbosa proved he can break people down and is very nifty with the ball, so he will be a back up point for Boston. Mind you there might be only 10 mins left in that spot in close games, cause they love Rondo in the game as much as possible.

Great call. That team needs scorers. I could actually see them get back to the ECF again now.

A lot of mentally tough on that Celtics team.... Miami's still the class of the East but it'll definitely be another TOUGH series if the 2 meet again in the post-season.

Barbosa cant bring the ball up. You already have Lee/Terry/Bradley sharing the 1/2, so Barbosa is a 5th guard. Its a horrible career move. But again, nice insurance for BOS.

Not sure if true but:

Quote:
Reporter – Excluding Boston deal, were you negotiating with other team in the NBA?
LB – I was negotiating with the Lakers, it was close to happen. The problem was they would have to waive 2 guys to get space for me in their payroll and just God knows how it would happen. It wouldn’t happen so fast, my agent talked to Boston and I came here.
