![]() Yeah, I just noticed that too, as I was checking the standings. I haven't been paying attention much to the lower half of the playoff race and I just realized the Knicks made up 4 games worth of ground on Atlanta in no time.
Also, the Bobcats might finish .500 this year! :jack: |

![]() I actually thought it would be fewer games than that. There must have been some important injuries for it to even get that long. Even losing 4 in a row is a lot for a team that is consistently winning 50+ games year after year.

![]() And the one year the Spurs didn't win 50 was a lockout shortened season in which they went 37-13 and won the title. Think about it, aside from that lockout year, Duncan's always won at least 50 games. We've never won more than 47.
If it wasn't for some great shots by opposing players (Fisher's 0.4 seconds shot, Manu fouling Dirk's layup up, and Ray Allen last year) Duncan could very well have 7 championships. Virtually impossible to compare different generations, but I'd argue that Duncan's run is right up there with Bill Russell's in NBA lore. |

![]() You know it's an important game for San Antonio, since Coach Pops played his starters in a nationally televised game for the first time since his quarter-million dollar fine. Going for 20 straight wins is a major boost for that franchise.

![]() Collison has single handedly stopped SAS' half court sets with his perfect rotations on defence this court. Absolutely stonewalling the Spurs. The Spurs better hope that the cut on his head is too serious to where he wont be able to return,.
