Hey - I always said he was a little overrated and not really head and shoulders above Bosh. He's been wtf for half a season forever. He's even like that in the playoffs as well. What's the deal? He's not Lebron. Closer to Kobe I guess.

Kobe has been pretty impressive this year (offensively). I think he's playing below Kobe's level for sure. Anyways, Bosh has been more important to that team since the Finals (officially).

there's this user on realgm that posts under the screenname green apple. he's brilliant. here's an example from a thread comparing andre drummond and anthony davis:

Quote:
This is the beauty of basketball, isn't it? To see youthful brilliance injected into our basketball life. We see generation after generation, it never ceases to amaze us how astonishing these talents are. Our ultimate misery, our nightmare, is that all the wells will be dried up. Basketball Einsteins and Newtons will cease and we'll be forced to witness a subpar game, basketball devoid of grace and majesty. We see players like Drummond and Davis and our faces beam in delight, this is what it's all about, this is what our game is about, it's a truly gorgeous, inspiring process. These men have wanted this for years, they were once boys curiously looking up at their television screens, wondering to themselves when it would be their time, when would they be the showmen, the heroes to diminutive admirers. It is now their time and they are relishing it, they're supplanting their heroes and vanquishing their challengers. We won't know who's better for quite a while, we do know one thing though, we're damn lucky.
All of his posts are like this.

another one from a thread about kobe's jersey being retired by the lakers organization:

Quote:
It is an afterthought, isn't it? The fact that this man will have his jersey retired by the legendary Lakers organization. He's given so much to this league, to this sport, to his team, his feats will be honored. He is like a wine, increasing in brilliance as he ages. His skills only multiply, as we watch his physical gifts subside. We've gotten so used to Mr. Bryant, he's become a part of our culture, his personality has been woven into our societal fabric. He's become one of us, we've had our troubles over the years, our differences, sure, but his power remains and we cannot casually walk away from his brilliance, we stay tuned to this remarkable force which refuses to be understood. He is a glowing star in the night, we look up and observe his genius, his might, and we simply ponder, what can be made of this titan? He will be honored, we will have that moment, that moment when true transcendent genius is recognized on a grand scale.

Kobe forced a girl to have anal sex and got away with it, then he cheated on his wife, got coaches fired and s a general asshole to his teammates.

So, this dude is poetic, sure, but thats all.
