Its a pretty simple formula for LA. Have Kobe facilitate and get all of the attention to open up 3's and Howard. They really need to find a way to get Gasol involved though, then theyd be spectacular. The more Kobe shoots, the less chance they have to win.

Mike Conley is never mentioned in the discussion for top PGs in the league, but I believe you could put him in the place of any 'elite' pg in the league and the drop-off would be negligible.

I mentioned him as one of my top young and fairly newly established pgs last summer, along with Lawson and Lowry. But he's gone beyond that. One of my favorite players. I'd love to see him take that team a long way this year.
