Jamal Crawford avging 25.7 points through his first 3 games off the bench for the Clippers, really wanted to watch the GS-LAC game last night but passed out, looks like GS is one of the sleeper teams of the West ...if they stay healthy of course.

Yeah, Golden State might be able to battle for a playoff spot if they could stay healthy. They were going to have one of the best benches in the league, but with injuries that could change.

Jarret Jack
Richard Jefferson
Brandon Rush
Carl Landry
Biedrins or some other dude a Center that I've never heard of

That could've been a really good bench. But now Rush is out for the season. Bogut's doctor won't let him play more than 20 minutes a game until March, which is a sign of his continued fragility. One of the bench bigs might have to start. And, of course, you've got Curry's ankles. Jack would have to start if Curry goes down.

I'd like to root for GS to stay healthy, since I feel bad for their fans having to put up with so much losing, but after they won the coin toss and took Harrison Barnes away....I say fuck 'em!

He might make the All-Star team. He's the #4 point guard in the League right now.

He's been impressive for sure.

Too bad Westbrook went full stupid again in the 2nd half.

Barkley leaving?

Quote:
Asked how long he wants to continue in sports broadcasting, Charles Barkley told SI.com something shocking: He's almost done.
"I love my job," Barkley said. "I love the people I work with. And I'm going to try to do things to keep me engaged. But I have four years left on my current deal and to be honest with you, it's going to be a struggle for me to make it for the whole four years. I really don't know how much longer I'm going to do this. I need something more, or something else to do to be honest with you."
In an extended interview with SI.com, Barkley was contemplative about his future as a broadcaster. The TNT NBA analyst has uttered similar things before -- including plenty of talk about Alabama gubernatorial run -- but he offered extended remarks about needing a new challenge. "I only thought I would do this for three or four years but now I have been doing it for 13 years," Barkley said. "When I got to my fifth year of broadcasting I was like 'Okay, I'll do this a couple of more years.' But now I'm like, 'Dude, you have been doing this for 13 years and if I make it to the end of the contract it will be 17 years.' Seventeen years is a long time. It's a lifetime in broadcasting. I personally have to figure out the next challenge for me.
