For some reason all Nuggets games bore me. I don't know why, I love watching every other good West team... just not them.
Its because theyre just a faster paced Cavs team. ISO every play for Melo/AI with little to no ball movement. When they do move it around theyre hard to stop because they take it to the basket so well.

That and AI's constant flopping on every play(when he hits a screener, when a guy gets near him when he shoots etc) is excessivly annoying to watch, much like Ginobili.

I'll be watching BOS/PHI first at 7 and ORL/ATL in between. I think BOS/PHI could come down to the wire with the way Phillys playing lately. Sucks theres no late game. DEN's probably gonna get slaughtered.

I bet the under on the atl/orl game and orl ties a franchise record for points in a half. Ugh.

Heh I only bet the over/under on teams like Miami, Houston, Phoenix, where recent injuries or trades have a reason to change their season average (that's what vegas judges the o/u on... just adds them together). Otherwise it's just playing roulette.

I put over on Miami/Clippers... looking good so far.

Amazing, we take clips-2 and they win by one. I hate the NBA.

Hmm Denver seems to be a kryptonite of such for the Spurs. Would be an interesting playoff rematch... if the Nuggets win this the playoff race is still there

DEN can beat the Spurs in the playoffs.

....

The first game of the series anyway. It's been proven 2 straight years!

But really, the West's best scenario is DEN being out of the playoffs and keeping the 8 teams that are in already. Houstons dream run is too compelling to leave out(and theyre more fun to watch than den, including the other 7 teams) and DEN has 0 chance of taking ANYONE out in the playoffs, whereas the other 8 teams at least have a 10% chance.

If you were betting, who could you reasonably bet out of the top 8 teams that DEN could beat in a 7 game series? HOU would have homecourt and we saw how they played vs DEN at home without Yao, so dont say them

Nuggets lose, not quite the goodnight kiss for them but a blow regardless. It really will be hilarious to see the Sixers in the playoffs and Iverson out.

Oh, nobody. Spurs would probably be their best bet actually.

I'm definitley hoping the Nugs are gone though. I love love love every one of the other 8 teams, and I think I like watching the Minnesota Timberwolves more than the Nuggets.

Decent night tonight around the league(MAR12):

HOU@ATL, 7:00PM, LP- Will the streak hit 20? I'm pretty sure HOU demolished them in HOU but that was with Yao if I'm not mistaken. Itll be interesting to see if they can continue the great D on the road vs an improved offensive team in the Hawks even though they play no D now.

CLE@NJ, 7:30PM, SNETE, SNETO- If the Cavs dont win by 5+ I'm going to ask Jay to change my name to IH8Lebron. That is all.

UTA@MIL, 8:00 PM, LP- I actually think this is a big game for UTA. Theyve been bad on the road this year and they need to pick up the bunnies in the East and havent for whatever reason. Back to back for both teams, and just last year Redd went for 56(?) on them. This kind of game I think will show what UTA is made of, they need to win to further their position in the West.

SA@NO, 8:00pm, LP- Game of the night. NO has struggled recently vs the West teams, especially Houston obviously, but they beat SA in SA once this year so they obviously have a shot. If West is back I expect NO to take it in a close one.

For those of you with NBA League Pass, the 19-0 Rockets are playing the Hawks.

The place is EMPTY!
