Anyone still think the Celtics arent for real? What a HUGE win against the Spurs. Defence= championships. No other team in the league wins vs the Spurs without their bigman.

Yeah, at least Denver moves the ball a little bit on offence usually.

I'm not one for rooting on injuries but I hope CLE losing their entire supporting cast continues. Z is now out with back problems and Damon Jones with an ankle injury.

Their starting lineup will be hilariously delicious next game. Snow, Newble, Lebron, Marshall, Dwyane Jones, and just imagine their bench! LMAO.

Fuck Cleveland.

If Nets > Mavs

and

Raptors > Nets

Wouldn't it be logical to assume that Raptors > Mavs.

doesnt really matter IMO.
that team is absolute shit... no one does anything but lebron... they just kinda watch him and try not to get in the way... it makes me sick.
i hate that team, i hate lebron.
they are absolutely terrible... give lebron the ball and move outta the way.
and whats worse is that "game plan" makes his head even bigger... biggest ego in the league and they feed it more and more...
cleveland makes me want to puke.

I thinl the worst thing on that team is that lebron james has more power that the couching staff. I would like to see Lebron trying to speak like he does to Sloan or Phil Jackson.

Problem is they're hard to stop when they have the Jones/Gibson backcourt and Varajao up front because if you help off Lebron the backcourt hits 3's and if you dont if Lebron does miss theyll get offensive boards. You gotta be a good rebounding and defensive team to beat them and have a good gameplan on how to defend the top ISO/pick and roll, especially in the 4th. Whenever theyre behind in the 4th Lebron hits miracle 3's, it's very annoying. Just trap the guy when he hits midcourt and make Gibson or Jones dribble the ball.

i actually dont know whats more annoying...
lebron totally hogging and taking on another team 1-5.
or him being triple teamed then passing out to damon jones to hit a wide open 3, and having damon jones strut off like he's the man.
ughhh, fucking cleveland.

If they arent theyre gonna lose come playoff time especially this year.

They werent coasting tonight, Boston just executed better down the stretch. They're pretty much the only team in the league that's kept both Duncan and Ginobili off the line(besides Duncan shooting what, 4 ft's?) and single covered them for the most part.

If they 'coast' they may not even make the playoffs if Parker is out longer than expected. They need to win at least 5 of these 9 road games to stay above DEN and HOU at the 7th and 8th seeds who are surging right now, especially Houston.

SA's only 1.5 out from being where GSW is right now, 9th place. They were 2-0 and looked good with Damon in the lineup til Boston brought em back down to earth this afternoon

Here's to SA not making the playoffs, huzzah!

Hes still not a top 5 PG. TD MADE him. Top 10 yes, top 5, not even close. Put Billups, Nash, Kidd, Williams or Paul in his place and SA is a dynasty.

You dont' consider San Antonio with 4 titles in 9 years a dynasty?

No.

Dynasty should also include dominance, and dominance= winning back to back years+ and theyve never done that. LA was a dynasty, SA is close but not so IMO. If they win this year I think I'd probably then consider them one, but they wont, so I dont need to think about that

Well you have a strict definition of dynasty my friend but that's okay

I consider them one personally..and think they're a solid bet to repeat. They normally turn it up around now...once Parker gets back they should be able to gear up for teh playoffs. Admittedly the west is more balanced this year but i see them as up there to repeat.
