Andrew Bynum has left the Indiana Pacers, team says. Knee issue never resolved and he'll no longer be with Pacers in playoffs.

Quote:
Andrew Bynum Won't Be With Pacers For Remainder Of Playoffs

Andrew Bynum will not be with the Indiana Pacers for the remainder of the NBA Playoffs.

Bynum's knee issue was unable to be resolved and played in just two games.

“We want to thank Andrew and our medical staff for trying to get the issues with his knee resolved,” said Pacers President of Basketball Operations Larry Bird. “We wish him the best in the future.”

The day that Bynum is out of the league and never returns is a day that I will celebrate.

Well the Pacers still managed to keep him away from the Heat, so all is well...
Too bad they suck right now...

Don't think heat wanted him to begin with. Riley understands chemistry is key. Honestly thoz in the 2 games he played, he was impressive, I really font think he ruined this team, that's sound like a BS excuse. IMO, trading a leader like Granger is the biggest reason (not the dumb bullshit rumours)

Chicago seems like the only smart team out of all the teams that ever acquired Bynum. As soon as they got him they waived his ass and told him to get the fuck away from their team. I don't understand why Indiana didn't learn anything from that move alone.

I just don't understand how one person, as much of an idiot he is, could destabilize the best team in the nba going into the break. What, did he sleep with every player's wife?

Uhm....Bynum is a cancer. Lakers got rid of him. Cavs kicked him off the team. Indiana has just let him go and he's been sent home and or warned a couple of times for conduct detrimental from all his respective teams. Bynum is an a$$.

As for Granger, not sure what you mean....he barely played in 5 games last year and was a non factor for the team, all season and including their play-off run so him being traded shouldn't have done this.

Not sure what's going on but Indiana stinks right now mainly due to Hibbert. Whatever has happened to the team in a negative fashion has affected him the most...dude just can't play well right now and it's crippling the team. From West to Hill to George to the coach to Bird himself, they are all hand holding him with soft gloves trying to get him going - that's typically a sign of a situation that is very negative and it's not a surprise it accelerated severely after Bynum got there. In less than a year Hibbert has gone from super stud to super dud.

I wasn't talking bout grangers mins, that not a factor when it comes to chemistry Lol. Look at the heat, they resigned juwan howard last year cause they missed his VETERAN PRESENCE... Granger IMO looked like their captain and trading him to save money look to piss them off (simialry to Miami when they lost Miller)
Also I remember Miami was offered turner for haslem and they falt out denied, cause losing haslem would ruin teams chemistry

Miami didn't miss a beat without Miller and Haslem means way more to the Heat on the court than what Evans could do. Not comparable at all, these players play. Chemistry is built on he court, in the heat of battle, fighting for wins building trust, not holding hands off of it - that includes veteran presence, their calmness is on the court. Howard was doing other stuff, I'm sure Granger had some presence but Indy was fine without him as he contributed nothing and Lance needed his spot. They also need money for Lances extension.

No, whatever is happening to the team isn't chemistry, it's Hibbert. Whatever has taken his mind off the court and playing has crippled them.

A real shame, I enjoy his game. Might be a bit of a dick head but regardless, the talent is there in boat loads.

Guy was 20 years old and put up double double averages with over 2 blocks a game. Would have developed into a dominant center.
