so is gay ...
we have good timing on trades :)

That was a strong, aggressive take that drew a foul. That's what we always wanted from Andrea, and that's what the Knicks as whole should be doing a lot more of. Yeah, it looked kind of funny, but I don't get understand why he's getting so much flack over this. I guess most people assume that's a that's move alien to his ability? But we've seen him pull off similar crams, including an identical one on Birdman. It's kind of sad that Bargnani can do no right these days.

No, the LOL is for it being the same injury as last year and the injuries never seem to end with this guy.

That was actually the correct call the ref made. Philly wasn't set on defence..

When you watch a game, they always give you updates on players. Their progress with their injuries or whatever.

When I watch the knicks , they NEVER mention Bargs. Even we have stopped bashing him. I had to dig this out of the third page!

Will they even let him on the bench when he is recovered?

I think they've given up on him seeing how he has given up on basketball. I still can't process the fact they traded for him and actually gave up a lot. It has been at least two years since Bargnani gave up.

Bargnani's percentages from 3pt range the last 3 seasons:

29%
30%
28%

^whatever happened to the 3pt shooter he once was? lol

The New York Knicks' trade last offseason for Andrea Bargnani is widely considered one of the worst of the past year.

“Getting anything for him was a surprise,’’ a Western Conference executive said. “But you get desperate. The guy has talent, a 7-footer, mobile, his first few years he made shots. But I question his love for the game and mental makeup. I’m surprised the Knicks didn’t do more homework on him.’’

“We wanted to give opportunity to our younger players and also for Andrea to find a better fit since it wasn’t working out here,” Masai Ujiri wrote in an email.

Bargnani is averaging 13.3 points on 44.2 percent shooting, but his defense and rebounding are a liability. Bargnani is shooting 27.8 percent from three-point range.

“They got him as a stretch 4, but he hasn’t been a stretch 4 for years,’’ an NBA scout said.

All the s**t from ppl:

He's an elite talent

He stretches the floor

His rebounding isn't that bad.

It doesn't matter if he doesn't rebound well.

He's not playing in his proper position.

This is the year.

He just needs the right coach.

He just needs to play beside the right players.

He has great hands for a big man.

I still remember questioning his 13 game stretch while people were claiming he was an all-star and getting ripped for it. I recall words to the effect "what more do you want from him?". lol

Bill Haverchuck 04-11-2014 06:14 PM

Addition by subtraction for Toronto.......subtraction by addition for New York.
