You tell me?

I watched the Boston and Pistons game, I swear to you that Pistons don't need a coach. They run the exact same plays as years before, and they run it to a fucking T. Amazing.

They don't have a superstar and they play amazing. AI trade was a mistake. Unless Joe wanted to dump some salaries for the big year.

Amare? Well, you tell me man. Shaq looks new again. He looks like hes in the playoffs mode. Scary.

And T-mac? Its like Rockets were counting days till he goes down.

They are a better team without him.

The Suns are not a better team without Amare. Next youll be saying theyre a better team without Nash too because they beat LA without him.

The other two you definately have a case for though. DET is much more in sync without AI holding and ISOing, and HOU goes to Yao a ton more and guys are getting open looks off that vs Tmac being there and holdign onto the ball too much causing way too many shots with the shot clock going down.

In saying that though, both DET and HOU need one more big piece to legitimately contend next year, theyre both still a ways away IMO.

LoL...
yeah Detroit needs a PG like Chauncey Billups.... hahaha.
and Houston needs an unselfish SG who doesnt have a big ego and wastes half the team's budget.

Houston always plays better w/o T Mac, remember that 20+ game win streak.
Of course Detroit plays better w/o AI.
PHX is playing better b/c of coaching.

Amare is good but his knees and now eyes are issue... Suns are better team with him, no question.

T-Mac is great when he is motivated & healthy... trouble is 1/3 of the season he is injured, 1/3 he is not interested and only 1/3 does he play like he should.

AI... well, he shouldn't be in the league IMO... he should be with Globe Trotters or something... he is big waste of NBA roster spot and cap space.

Give me a break.

He shouldn't be on a team that misses their Chancey so bad they're willing to do anything to fuck things up.
