Some of these are stupid, should change though

just4_raps 12-13-2013 12:49 AM

Dario 12-13-2013 01:20 AM

Toby 12-13-2013 02:07 AM

All-Snub voting

damn Laker lovin Blazer haters

TORaptor4Ever 12-13-2013 04:09 AM

Jesus lol.... too many WTFs there to list.

I feel bad for Lin... he's going to be embarrassed if he's voted in as a starter.

halphbreedballer 12-13-2013 07:11 AM

This could be the strangest all-star game ever.

So many played on that list injured or coming off an injury...or playing injured.

There are going to be a lot of replacements. IMO

The Diamond Scorpion 12-13-2013 08:45 AM

I fucking hate the All-Star voting because there are to many fans that just vote for their favorite players rather than those that are deserving. If I had to select the top five frontcourt and backcourt players based on stats and what they do for their team for both Conferences it would look like this:

Eastern Conference Forwards

Lebron James, Paul George, Carmelo Anthony, the next few are tough I'd have Luol Deng fourth and then a toss up between Roy Hibbert and Carlos Boozer.

Eastern Conference Guards

Aaron Afflalo, John Wall, Dwyane Wade, Kyrie Irving, Demar Derozan

Western Conference Forwards

Kevin Durant, LaMarcus Aldridge, Kevin Love, Dwight Howard, and then a toss up between DeMarcus Cousins and Blake Griffin.

Western Conference Guards

Stephen Curry, Damian Lillard, Chris Paul, James Harden and a toss up between Russell Westbrook and Tony Parker.

It's an all star game, fans don't want to see aaron afflalo. nobody wants to see james harden flop all game. Nobody in the league can match Kobe mfing Bean Bryant's legacy, he'll play in the game until he retires, deal with it.

Ataf 12-13-2013 09:59 AM

Gotta trade Demar to LA or somethin... No chance he'll get in all-star this year.

I could don't give a fuck what fans want to see. To many years now players get in the All-Star game that don't deserve to be there. The all-star game is supposed to showcase the best players in the game each year based on their performance in that year. Why the fuck should an injured player get voted in? They are taking away the spots from the guys that actually deserve to play in the game. But I guess I must face facts every fucking sport now is about showcasing fanboys favorite players and bullshit celebs so maybe I should stop watching sports.

Because it's an all-star game and fans don't want to see Derozan. See how easy that was to say, just like what you said about Afflalo. But in all seriousness I think Derozan should be in, but this game is now only about "Superstars" and not players that deserve to be in.

for me, I felt like more people from Toronto would support him like they did bosh. Look at how high nash is, im pretty sure all canadians voted for him. Why not demar, the face of the raptors

woodchuck 12-13-2013 01:07 PM

Of East guards, I think Wall and Wade deserve to be in, Afflalo is ok and on a hot streak but I doubt he will look like an all star in February. Other than that, no one else deserves to be called an all star right now. Hopefully DWill and Kyrie will make their cases over the next two months.

East has a good collection of forwards and centers, though. Both wild cards should go to bigs. I wish they allowed to select 10 forwards and two guards, tbh.
LeBron
George
Melo
Hibbert
Drummond
Horford
Brook Lopez
Deng
Millsap
That's 9 forwards/bigs who are playing well and deserve to be in the all star game over most of the guard candidates. A case could be made for Noah or Al Jefferson too.
Just a terrible year for East guards.

firecasey2013 12-13-2013 03:23 PM

lmfao

all star weekend is terrible now anyway

Mind' 12-13-2013 05:30 PM

Lin :mu::mu:

Chiggmo 12-13-2013 05:45 PM

I hope this makes people realize Demar is no allstar now.

firecasey2013 12-13-2013 06:09 PM

all these terrible heat players and old injured stars from the late 90s :lol::lol:

rapsmannn 12-14-2013 03:22 AM

the way everyone else has been playing in the east, demar derozan has been one of the best and deserves a allstar nod this year

he is top 10 in scoring and climbing,
