I still say the Heat 3 will remain in Miami. Once Lebron stays, Bosh will follow suit.

was there any other real option out there?

i see why cavs are the better bet, will be a great team in 2 -3 years but miami does have some benefits. if they can retain birdman/Allen/beasely for minimum and bosh/wade for lower and use maybe 3 million on a free agent like okafor (or dalmbert), then they can compete this year.

Bosh would be a dork to turn down a max contract, if in fact Houston did offer one.

They had some weirdo on ESPN the other day, claiming how if LeBron signs with Cleveland, it will be a big boost to Johnny Manziel's career. No joke. I switched the channel. That's pushing off season gibberish to the next level. Incorporating different sports.

It's official now

Utah gonna be bad. They in Blazers division, so I don't mind one bit.

This is pants-on-head silly.

Did they see that Kyle got 12mil/per?

Everyone agrees they're out of their mind, right?

This is just insane. It makes DD's contract (9.5mil/yr) look like such a bargain. Heck even Lowry's deal (12mil/yr). He is a good young talent but not worth that much imo.

Ya'll don't see much Jazz over there. Hayward can bring it. The Hornets have a formidable backcourt now. I predict the Hornets to be top 3 in dunks next season.

From RealGM; sums up Hayward's offer sheet 100%

andray blatche, srsly? I just heard on sn that raps are meeting with him

I guess he might be a good backup, and he was one of the few good players on bk so blocking them might be worth it

(I tried to do a search of the thread for this, but blatche didn't return anything)

*oh lol because it has it's own thread, nvm

First of all, Heat will compete regardless of any moves they made this summer provided they are able to retain the big 3. Second, Heat don't have 3 mill to spend on acquiring new players through free agency. They are operating as a capped team. McRoberts is their main addition (MLE) and Granger is to be signed with their bi-annual exception. They will only have vet mins and TPEs and they can't outright sign a new player for more than the minimum. They may be able to pull off a sign and trade, but it won't be for anything significant.
