Laker fans rejoice! Wesley Johnson will destroy all in his path. At least until Kobe gets back.

He will stay with the Bucks or be involved in a sign and trade unless he's willing to accept less money

Now that Atlanta is out of the picture, I wonder where Mo Williams will end up. He wants to get paid or be allowed to start, supposedly.

Shroeder looks a few years away, it's a good move.

I just don't know where they are planning to go now as an organization. I thought they might gamble on Bynum or take a chance and throw a huge offer sheet at Pekovic, and they had a little bit more money for those moves prior to matching Teague. But if that's not the plan, then I don't know... They are back to that 40-45 wins purgatory.

They're going to be a playoff team once again, pushing us down a peg.

Mine: (we should do a predictions thread once most of the free agents are gone)

West
1. Thunder
2. Spurs
3. Clippers
4. Rockets
5. Warriors
6. Grizzlies
7. Wolves
8. Nuggets
Blazers (i think they are winning ~45 games and will probably make the playoffs when some team gets injured)
Pelicans
Mavs
Kings
Jazz
Suns (if they keep Gortat / Scola / Dragic for the year... I doubt they will)
Lakers

East
1. Bulls
2. Heat (No team has made 4 finals in a row since Bird and Magic for a reason... it's exhausting. They will have to take it slow during the regular season if they want to get there again. I bet under 60 games.)
3. Nets
4. Pacers
5. Knicks
6. Hawks
7. Pistons (if they find one more shooter at SF, I'm moving them to 6)
8. Wizards or Cavs, whichever is more healthy
Raptors
Celtics
Bucks
Bobcats
Magic
76ers

Yeah, once we're closer to the season starting, the user named Ball Don't Lie will fire up a thread giving his predictions. Many other users chime in and give their's too.

Right now the margin of error seems so slim outside the top 5 in each conference that I think what a few teams do with their remainig cap room/MLEs/roster spots actually does matter.

The top of the conferences seem straighforward, but another smart move by, say, the Pistons could be the difference between 6th and 9th for Detroit. They have a couple of significant expiring contracts in Stuckey and Charlie V, so I'm interested to see if they try to pull of a significant trade this year, or if Dumars just lets those guys expire and then makes another move with cap space next summer. Detroit could be on the rise if they don't do something stupid; it's just a matter of when. The worst part of passing on Drummond might not be that we lost him, but that we helped set-up a new stacked Detroit roster. They could have two summers of significant cap space before Drummond gets off his rookie contract. The Pistons could have 4 all-star/borderline all-star player by 2015.

Cavs. 2 yrs 24 million, second year is a team option. only 6m out of the 12m in the first year is guaranteed, so he has to live up to his contract's incentives. great deal.
