Nawlins in 7, classic series

(I hope!)

At this point the only way we can lose out of a brilliant WCF is if San Antonio and Utah win. I don't hate either of those teams, but I think it'd go like last year with SA dominating. LA vs New Orleans, San Antonio vs LA, New Orleans vs Utah would all be amazing.

Pretty entertaining so far.

BTW, why did the game start so late? Isn't New Orleans eastern time or are the central time? Even so whether it be 9 or 10pm start, that's kind of late isn't it?

It started at 10, it lasted til 1 cuz of the delay. I dunno about timezones.

Very exciting game. I love how NO plays. Fundamental pick and roll basketball. Both teams played fast as hell and it made for an exciting game.

NO's strategy was spot on, double Duncan, rotate quick, and they know that the other guys cant combine for enough to make up for Duncans usual 21 ppg. First half SA hit a bunch of 3's but that didnt happen in the 2nd half as the 3rd rotation to the corner was much quicker.

Mo Pete played a great game with his help defence, but West and Paul were the story.

This is gonna be a fantastic series.

New Orleans is CST, so an hour behind us.

I'm shocked at how ordinary they made the Spurs look tonight.

I loved the intensity.

Spurs look a little thin, as they did at times in the reg. season. The big 3 putting up 80ppg in Round 1 masked that a bit. None of their supporting cast is even close to as good as Pargo or Wells.

Check out David West with 30 pts last night. Impressive.

It was a great game up until the end of the 3rd, then NO just simple tookover the Spurs.

Spurs in 7, their defense will be too much for NO.

Spurs are champs, but the Ho-nets are on a real magical ride. Feel good story. New Orleans in 6.

When push comes to shove, I just don't think NO can keep it up to win another 3 games. I too say the Spurs in 7.

Tonights games may decide both series.

Will SA find a way to give Tim Duncan the ball in a position where he can just turn and make his move before the double team? If not SA should be in trouble again today.

I just hope SA gets swept by these guys. All I need is another lucky shit team to win back-to-back titles.

This is the best 2nd round series in terms of pure basketball entertainment. Both teams run their sets beautifully and both teams move the ball beautifully.

I think the Hornets have controlled both games, and I think if its close I honestly trust CP3 and West to close out games more than the Spurs on the road
