With all the talk of prospects for next season. Who do you think would be a good fit or who do you think we can draw from the free agent pool.

I am thinking we can get a better Sf through Fa then in the Draft. There is just so many tested defensive minded 3s.

Jeff that's a wish list. Maybe a third of those names are realistic.

unless we become significantly better i don't see how any of these players want to come here via free agency. and i think most of these players current teams wouldn't allow them to hit the market.
celtics and perkins are in talks about an extension
i'm sure the thunder would want to keep green to keep the core intact and wouldn't in their right mind want to let go of westbrook
same thing with the clips and gordon
prince and gasol (i'm assuming its pau) are past 30 so unless we are contending, no point bringing them here
i would really like chandler, nene, thad young, batum, and mayo
but unfortunatly the only one i see realistically wanting to come here is batum or nene cuz they're international

Why is there no point to bring veterans on this team. Those guys can bring a lot to a team in terms of character and defense. I think guys like Battier, AK, Hill, and to a lesser extent Howard and Prince would bring a lot to the development of this team. Quickening its pace, rather then just relying on youth to figure it out in their own.

I think Jeff is talking Mark Gasol. which may actually have some possibility depending on how much Mempsis gets taken on resigning Randolph.

Westbrook,Batum, or Gordon, wouldnt be bad. We should get perkins come off-season time. We are in desperate need for a center. Which chandler is that btw?

Lmao Tyson Chandler would be great. i wish that deal didnt fall through. Reggie evans has been outstanding no disrespect, but friggin injuries always have to get it the way. Tyson Chandler brought defense to the Mavs, maybe he could have done the same for the raptors. I would take him , gives us a center and defense. His offense also improving
