The third wheel with 23-11 and 3 blocks, completely shutting down David West and others during a 9 point NOH 4th quarter.

Stifling defense again. Not much idle chatter about how these guys are bums or or can't play with each other or can't beat the good teams.

Yeah Bosh did pretty good. The other night he got 17 rebounds.

anybody else see that shot Lebron made from behind the backboard? Very reminiscent of a shot I saw Pete Maravich make. I think Bird did it a couple of times too.

Win streak updated. Important to follow as it looks like the Heat will be breaking the NBA record for longest win streak, home win streak, and away win streak.

Lol... the haters are pretty quiet now.

I have to admit I'm kind of amazed though.... I figured that the Heat would be great OFFENSIVELY but I never thought that they'd be this good DEFENSIVELY.

And Bosh is playing his role nicely while avging about 18 & 8 now.... hmmmm.. doesn't seem like much of a scrub anymore does he?

I said it in September - they are going to kill teams on the defensive end. How could you not think so? The Heat team full of scrubs was strong defensively on many nights. Add Lebron who can guard people inside and outside, and Bosh who has shown that he can get the job done with good help and improving man defense, and you've got a very solid foundation. I'm only surprised that the loss of Miller and Haslem hasn't hurt them as much as I thought it would.

The Hornets must have played some good D in the 4th too because the Heat only scored 14 points.

I know the longest win streak ever is 33(lal) but what is the longest home & road win streak ever?

Once the lead got large enough, Miami's scrubs came in and pretended to play basketball.

Heat vs Knicks should be an interesting game. Slowing down Amare will be the Heat's biggest challenge.

Bosh with a much more efficient game than Amare, but Amare's 4 assists and 2 blocks are pretty big. Tie at the half - Ny is hitting a lot of 3-balls.

All Bosh has been doing better than Amare tonight it scoring. CB has only one rebound at half. One.

Bosh with 6 missed shots to Amare's 13, in an otherwise pretty even game after 3, with neither guy really being matched up against the other. Pretty different roles. Amare looking very human.
