I always hate saying that cause you never know if the Raptors even draft him with the #17 pick that year(I believe it was #17 could be wrong). The trade was already agreed upon and Raptors picked the guy who Pacers told them o and that was Hibbert. So it was never a for sure thing if he would have even been picked by Toronto.

Although like you said it would be nice to have him.

LBJ 41-13-8. Just sick.

What is there to really hype? Sure the fans can get some fun out of booing Bosh but it will just be another slaughter on home court and in the end demoralizing for our players.

I liked it when Wade stood up to Garnett.

I think the Heat are going to carry yesterdays loss to Celtics for quiet awhile. Lebron was describing it after the game as "a hump we can't get over". I think mentally they have already beat them. The mind games are total in favor of the Celtics. Fuck Rondo guarded Lebron for a good chunk of that game, what kind of message does that send. Wade looks as though he is the only responding to the physicality the Celtics present. I am actually giving Orlando a better shot at getting to the Eastern finals.

I dunno about that.... I'd still take the Heat over any EC team other than BOS. They have a world of talent.... BOS is just too experienced for them though. They've been together for 3-4 years now and they run their sets and their D like clockwork. The Heat are still figuring things out when it comes to playing the best teams.

I thought Wade was the main one not responding. The dude finally gets to the line and misses both. The loss probably serves Miami better in the long run. Remember that Orlando couldn't beat good teams, and then they found themselves in the finals. The playoffs are a whole different ballgame. And Boston could be pooped out by then.

I think Orlando matches up far better with the Boston.

Defensively I realize Orlando runs hot and cold, but i think in a 7 game series its going to be pretty tough for the Heat to be getting to East final. I am presuming that the Heat and Magic will run 2-3 putting them in the same bracket, as of now I think its a safe bet. (Edit) I am an idiot for forgetting Chicago.(Edit)

There is no question in my mind that either of those teams can get beyond Boston to the final. Yesterday performance, and Lebrons reaction just solidified that for me.

The Heat have a very good chance of finishing ahead of everyone. And Lebron's reaction was quite good. He could have easily complained about the lack of whistles in his favor, and the bench not hitting shots.

I am not saying his reaction should be judged good or bad. He just looked dejected and frustrated, not with himself, not with his team. He looked like he had no answer, like he had given it his all and it wasn't good enough. Mentally I think this Celtics team has the Heats number.

That mental edge can not only be lost, but be completely reversed in one game.

The Heat are just so dominant at the two and three spots defensively.
Lakers game on Christmas, holding Pierce without a fieldgoal the entire game yesterday. I just can't see them getting beat in a 7 game series with that type of wing dominance.

With the way Lebron's game has matured this year, if they're healthy, they won't be beat.

The Heat managed to shut down the Celtics' highest scorer and they still lost. How does that make them a favorite in a 7 game series?

They'll won't have many, if any quarters in the playoffs like that third quarter against Boston on Sunday.

Lebron got hit so many times but no calls were made. Even the commentators were pointing it out
