It was all LeBron in the 4th. There wasn't any ball movement at all. On the last 5 plays it was just LeBron driving and finishing. Thus, the Knicks win.

Miami needs Bosh more than they need LeBron or Wade.

I'm still wondering how long it will be until LeBron and Wade are pointing fingers at each other.

Guess the "3rd wheel" is more important we thought.

what was their record when Lebron was out?
it doesnt matter really... their offense is comprised of 3 guys. take one of those 3 out and they lose 1/3 of their offense... its no surprise that they struggle.

They ultimately win with their defense. Even last night, the game is theirs if Wade just hits some fucking freethrows. And they had no business being in that game with how they operated on offense.

Bosh is missed the most, because he is better at making the offense work, to the point where they can make up for the loss of one of the other guys. He is able to play from a position where he can consistently get one of the other three involved, as well as keep the other role players involved. When he's out, the remaining two are players that just take turns carrying the whole load. Lebron's game is the most dramatically altered, as he needs to play as a big and he loses out on passing options that are there when he plays with Bosh. All the spacing gets messed up and there just ends up being no structure to the offense at all.

to be fair Lebron was struggling that game. If he was his usual self Miami would've won.

Yep, he sure is an important 3rd wheel.

and just think, we would have paid him as a first wheel.

Yikes.

IMO this had nothing to do with Bosh not being able to play, because they should have won regardless. To much ego in the fourth quarter, on the part Lebron and Wade, both of them practically taking the ball the entire length of the court in to one on ones. They play like that in the playoffs they may not get to see Boston.

Better than having a vehicle with NO wheels whatsoever.... hard to get anywhere that way.

It's better to build new wheels for some change, than have the same old car going around in the same old, disappointing circles were so used to.

Cars tend to go round and round in circles when they have only one good wheel... I like this analogy!

What else do you except, when the only good wheel is actually a third wheel in disguise?

I loved the Thursday Knicks/Heat game when Miller and Kerr were tearing Lebron up for holding the ball 20 seconds every possession and going "wow, are you serious" after every one of the left few of his 20 misses.

some deeeeelicious offense being run in this game today.

You guys that don't want to see the Heat go far in the playoffs, should really hope they don't lose much anymore, because losing has served them very well so far.
