The '09-'10 Wizards
Sorry if this was mentioned before somewhere, but I just remembered they're likely to draft first pick.
Which means healthy (hopefully) Arenas, Butler (20.8ppg in 08-09), Jamison (22ppg in 08-09), probably Blake Griffin (who seems pretty solid), and Haywood (2.5blk in 08-09).
In addition to Saunders being the new coach.
Do you think this team could make some noise in the playoffs next year?

They'll make the playoffs if they can stay healthy. But make noise in the playoffs.... Nope!
Arenas- has barely played in 2 seasons
Jamison- Getting old
Griffin- Will be a Rookie, so who knows really what impact he'll have early in his career.
As for them being "likely" to pick 1st overall. I doubt it. For some reason the worst team rarely ends up with the 1st pick overall.
