No, it's not too early to bring it up. And I'm more optimistic of a season happening at all now than a week ago. Sorry, but I expect the Raptors to have a season with as few wins as last year.

There are a lack of PG's ranked high so far except Teague. Kabongo is at 18.

But at SF, McAdoo and Barnes could be in perfect range.

correct me if im wrong but isnt a tad early to be giving opinions on who to draft if they havent played a single college game yet?

No. It evolves, as it always does but most people have an opinion. And guys like Barnes would likely be drafted already if not for a potential lockout. And what about all the previous straight from high school guys?

Speaking of opinions, I am not in the Kabongo camp JUST because he's Canadian.

Why? I wouldn't be opposed to Davis as long as he could be converted to a Kevin Durant type player, and I definitely wouldn't opposed to a frontcourt of Drummond and Valanciunas.

The rankings are purely based on "best player available" at this point. The varoious mocks don't start taking team needs into account until after the lottery.

If the Bobcats land Drummond, they might have a shot at the playoffs in a few years.

Only reason I can see for GMs being concerned is about his size. Not just playing aginst bigger, stronger players, but then he'll have to defend some big, physical PGs.

We could possibly get barnes and trade either ed or bargs, for a top 15 pick and most probably be able to get kobongo as well

A step in the right direction. Young, take some time to gel, but in a few year could be a very good team if they stayed together.

Thats the main part, after this year we got to make the playoffs, it is a must, so people like demar can see this team is going in the right direction

The coach and GM also need to make the playoffs after this year or we could have yet another office and player exodus.

The GM better win this year to show demar why e should stay. I remember when the Effin players were expected to win to show the GM why he should keep them.

Since when did Demar Derozan become so important. He is, at this point, an average SG at best. He gets props here like he is an allstar. Hell, he was in two Dunk contests though...yeeehaw. He was average at best in those too.

I think this is the year (if there is a year) that many players, including Demar, will be required to show new management whether or not they are part of a plan moving forward..... if they are waiting for help to come along and win for them, they aren't winners. Ship um out.

Since Demar plays in a market ignored by the NBA and for an organization that isn't winning. And you think that's just an NBA thing, Demar will be here 5-6yrs and if we aren't headed in the right direction he'll go elsewhere like many athletes would and should do.
