I wouldn't say no one.

10-27
7-18
8-23
8-27
7-15
10-17
6-18
6-17
5-16
7-23
3-14
7-19
4-16

What is that? 13 straight games of Kemba Walker shooting mid-way through the season. For those counting at home that is a 35% shooting combine those 13 games.

Kemba Walker has had 3 stretches this season. He was great early on, struggle big time middle part of the season, and has now caught fire again late in the year in the Big East tourney and NCAA tourney.

Right now he is playing like crazy again though. Very fun to watch. Good prospect but I would not take him #1.

just sayin bro

Too be fair Brandon Knight is a true freshman and that was his 5th game of the season and 3rd game in 3rd days. That is a lot for a true freshman.

Not saying Knight will stop Walker on Saturday. I think it will be a great matchup and very fun to watch!

I'm not sure why everyone keeps stressing how undersized he is. Kemba Walker is not 5-9 or 5-10. Basketball sites frequently list him as either 6-0 or 6-1.

The average height for a PG is approx. 6-2. Thus, Kemba is just below average.

Ok, ok, you got me, I was over exaggerating... He's been on fire lately though. I have a bit of a non-sexual man crush on Kemba, and was just trying to prove my point that now that he's rolling, he'll be REALLY hard to stop.

His meteoric rise reminds me of Tyreke's, when he was slated to go in the late lottery, but as draft time got closer and closer he kept inching up, and killing it in workouts (which I think KW will do).

Oh yeah no doubt. Walker is playing some of the best basketball you will see in college BB right now. He is very fun to watch.

ESPN lottery generator profile said he's closer to 5ft 10.

Don't get me wrong, Kemba is a good player, but in any other draft, he would be a late lottery pick. Maybe even a mid-late first rounder.
why?

sounds like he's describing a guy who brings absolutely nothing of value to his team.

the facts don't lie. uconn began the season unranked. rightfully so, with 6 freshmen in the rotation and 4 in the starting lineup (i believe).

they proceed to come out of the big east tournament with a championship after winning five games in five days and starting the tournament unranked.

the whole season has culminated in them earning a #3 seed in the national championship and earning a berth in the final four. after starting the season unranked.

Why are people worried about his size? Does anyone remember Mighty Mouse? Kemba Walker is Mighty Mouse 2.0

I'll admit it, he showed me something but I still don' think he should be a top 5 pick.

BTW That last play made me want hunt down Calipari and shoot him.

Walker definitely isn't a top 5 talent... look at what he's done tonight

i'll be pissed if we draft him with a top 5 pick man that would be stupid.. Irving or no PG at all as far as im concerned and go with a SF

Walker's shots weren't falling, but at least he played tenacious defense and grabbed rebounds. Hes been playing like a God the whole tournament, and one bad shooting night you call it quits on him? Everyone has a bad shooting night, even Kobe did in the finals last year.

I highly doubt hes as short as people claim him to be. He was pretty much the same height standing next to Jeremy Lamb and hes listed at 6'5''. Also being a couple inches shorter is the end of everything, just look at Iverson and Damon Stoudamire.
