whats really impressive about wiggins is that he get 15 to 17 ppg on raw talent

it makes you wonder what he is going to do once he gets older and more developed as a player

man i kind of hope he stays in college for another and develop his game instead of going to the nba, but i do understand the 170 million dollar nike deal that will be on the table, he can't pass that up it might not be there the following year

its a shame they don't make players stay a extra year college, I bet when they change that rule and make it two years the Raptors will be the sorry team who gets the no 1 pick that season

I'd still take Wiggins, but have you guys seen Parker and Marcus Smart the past few games? Those guys are on fire. The top 5-6 of this draft (if Exum declares) is so strong.

He was really thrown off by UTEPS half zone/half man defense. They essentially face guarded Wiggins when he was on the wing and took him out of the half-court game. He did play good defence against Washburn, holding him to 3 for 13.

His biggest weakness is his lack of on-ball, shot-creating skill. He usually just hangs on the wing/corner and waits for a lane to open up. He did have one nice play where he was ball-handler for a high screen and roll, split the defense with a crossover and finished at the rim for an and-1.

The good thing about being cut off in terms of getting to the hoop is that it will force him to improve his jumpshot.

Wiggins has dropped to 3rd in the new NBAdraft.net mock draft, behind Jabari and Embiid. Maybe we don't need to win the lottery to get him.

They're clearly just trying to draw more page views with controversy.
He's the #1 prospect in the draft.

or they're actually watching games and making the ranking based off that... dude don't get me wrong wiggins is a great prospect, but as of now parker is absolutely playing better then him and is deserving of that #1 ranking. i'm not too sure about embiid though, to me it should be

1.parker
2.smart
3.wiggins

over hyped? Maybe. But blame the media, not him.

He's played very efficient basketball (low turnover rate, good shooting percentage) on a team with many scoring options.

Opinions are starting to differ more. Fine, as long as we end up with a top five pick. I have no concerns with Wiggins as a talent. I'm not a homer, but I do recognize that Wiggins is being compared in some instances to guys with 240 and 250 lb grown man NBA bodies. Those are the guys most likely to be over-rated. Part of their game is bully-ball. If you project Wiggins skills set onto a 235 lb experienced NBA body, it's off the charts.

Right now, to me it's still

Wiggins
Randle
Parker
Smart
Embid
Exum

Playing in Colorado is a tough, tough place to win. They hold their home court well.
