Default Young Man's Dream Come True

Very sad, but touching story from the RealGM today. Kudos to Majors21, the moderators from the RealGM and "cb4_admin" from Bosh's site in making this ill 19 year old's dream come true. Kudos to Bosh too.

He is a big Raptors fan, but has never had the opportunity to attend a live sporting event. My company, being a longtime Raptors season ticket holder, was approached to donate a pair of Raptors tickets for the “Bucket List”. When I heard this story, we immediately agreed to donate the tickets and in addition offered to provide limousine transportation and dinner in Toronto as well.

As we were making the arrangements, I thought it would make for a truly unforgettable experience if he could meet one or more of the Raptors before or after the game.

I know some on this board are intimate with the organization and was wondering if anyone had a contact with the Raptors that I could make this request to. Additionally, if anyone has an idea for something else we could do to enhance the experience, I'd love to hear about it.

We are so fortunate as Raptors fans to have a first class human being like Chris Bosh as the face of our franchise. Even though he must get innundated with requests similar to this, there was no hesitation on his part to provide the experience of a lifetime to this young man. As a season ticket holder, Raptors fan and now humbled man I couldn't be more proud!

Many thanks to cb4_admin, Chris Bosh, the Raptors organization and the tremendous outpouring of support from this board in making this happen!!!
