well yes, but somewhat with my hands too, Tj gets a little self concious when we leave the lights on.

Just clarifying it's opinion you expressed and not fact. It's probably more like 5 pounds in reality then which is totally possible with 6 hours a day of exercises including daily core and neck area specific work that Lucas supervised.

I personally think T.J. looks the exact same as he did prior to the accident.

I just don't know.
But he really doesn't look like at the pre-season, so strong.

Jose just got stronger as the season progressed last year.Jose is leading or near the top in alot areas stats wise for point guards. He could be setting a NBA record in ast/to ratio. I say he stays as our starter and continues to get more minutes.
Lets look at it another way folks, let say Ford is still playing for the Bucks and Jose is still playing for the Raptors would Toronto trade Jose to the Bucks for ford ? We ran a mini poll at work and everyone said that there is no way that Toronto would trade Jose for ford. Then we flipped the question from the Bucks side would you send ford to the Raptors for Calderon and the answer was yes. Well sounds to me that Jose is our guy and as long as ford is a raptor he comes off the bench.
Can we please change your handle to Calderon's Agent? Lol...As soon as I saw the title of this thread, I had an over/under on how long it would take to bring you out.

Well, if the people at your office said there is no way they would do it, then that must be the right decision. Before TJ went down, his stats were pretty close to where Jose's are now.

Why I WOULDN'T make the deal is because of TJ's injury situation. Otherwise, it's a toss up. How do you lose either way? Wow, SERIOUS DEJA VU.

Yeah and I am sure the Magic would jump at that in a second. Why don't we just trade Gatorade Graham for God while we're at it. Come on dude! Lol.

Reasons Jose Calderon is our #1 PG:

1. Top 5 in NBA in assists/game.
2. #1 in assist-to-turnover. Might set the NBA record this year.
3. Top 10 in 3-point %.
4. Top 3 in free throw %.
5. Top 25 in field goal %.

These numbers are ridiculous. How many PGs in the NBA EVER have put up similar numbers? Very few. It's Steve Nash territory.

He's only 3rd year. We have to see if he can keep it up. If he can, there's no comparison - with TJ or most other PGs in the NBA.

As for Ford? Nobody is gonna want a guy who is one shot to the head away from retirement - and is just starting a contract where he makes $10 million/year guaranteed. I say we keep Calderon as our #1, and turn TJ Ford into the best (and most expensive) back-up 1 in the league...

Although I prefer calde, Tj is not far from him at all, but I think none of them is going to leave.
BC is not going to risk it and have a starting PG who anyday can get injured and not play again. And for the same reason, nobody is going to want TJ because nobody is going to be willing to trade the players he is worthy for, and then any day lose him.

Only way he leaves is we trade him for nothing, and BC is not going to do something that stupid unless Tj becomes a cancer in the locker room wich I doubt it will happend.

When TJ realizes he will never start again, he will get disgruntled...

Do you really think we can afford to pay TJ and maybe have to give Calderson in the 7-10 mil range next year? You wanna blow that much of your budget on a backup PG? thats nuts... no something has got to give in this situation, and im hoping TJ gets shipped, but you can definately get more for Jose
