Lets just say that Wright does return to the Raptors for next season and beyond, But lets just look ahead for a minuite, if for some reason Wright decided not to return would you look into signing Bell?

Bell has always been known as a Excellent Perimeter Defender + he can also knock down the Shot (His defense has been compared to Bruce Bowen on occasions)

Obviously I would love Wright to return as he was the best Defender on this team last year stepping up a number of times to guard the opposing team's best player, Carmelo, Kobe, James

But would Raja Bell be a significant replacement for Wright? I think it would as his Defense is Proven, also I would'nt mind if Bell signed with Antoine also signing for next season and beyond.

Note: I think Raja Bell is injured currently im not 100% sure, but you never know he could make a speedy come back

I open it up to You Raptor fans out there!

if somehow the Raps get rid of Turk and only be left with DeRozan/Weems at the wing...I wouldn't mind having Raja come off the bench and play about 15mins a game...he's a wiley veteran who's been around...

You're still here? Anyway, I'd take him if he can pass a physical and after going over his medical records. He'd probably come pretty cheap and if healthy he can help off the bench for 15-20mpg.

Sure, I want Bell on this team. He's a proven defender and I think can benefit on the Raptors. As for injuries, Antoine is also somewhat injury-prone...

I just hope Wright comes back, but it most likely won't happen.

depends on if the team is going into a rebuild or just a tinker.

If a tinker I would rather Raja than Wright

if a rebuild then no to both.

it doesnt matter right now. Its more about developing guys already here.

More resposibilty in this exact matter is something that would do alot of good for a guy like Demar and to a lesser extent weems.

I think it's essential we resign Wright to be our defensive stopper. Can't stress this enough.

Bell has already gone on the record saying that his preference is to play in Miami. I'm sure the feelings would be mutual.

Wright isn't coming back nor are we signing Bell.
Rather go after Matt Barnes but everything will revolve around what happens to Bosh, Turk, Jose & JJ.

This team is not rebuilding. Does anyone not have a clue what rebuilding is? People just love to throw that word around.
