Day to day, sprained right knee will travel with team on the road trip, unlikely to play tomorrow, probable to play in one of the upcoming 3 games though.

your welcome

yeah... so you expect this team to just start winning all of the sudden. Because Bosh was holding the Raptors back all this year, right? Oh what a dream.

Chris Bosh left Wednesday’s game versus Los Angeles in the fourth quarter with a sprained right knee. Images taken postgame revealed no structural damage. He will travel with the team to New Orleans and his status is doubtful for Friday night’s game and day-to-day for the remainder of the trip.

Jose Calderon sat out last night’s game against the Lakers to rest his sore right hamstring. He will accompany the team and is listed as probable for Friday’s game in New Orleans

Let's be fair now. In 6 years he has won us a few games in crunch time. Hasn't done it even once this season though. He always seems to come up short - the story of his life.

All of you that hate on Bosh suck. U know he is good and your all haters. Honestly with out him we would be doing a hell of a lot worse. I dont even understand how you people blame us loosing on him, yes he is lacking effort right now but if your team was the worst in the east you might be feeling that also.

Exactly! More about the system then the players. Really Jay Triano matching up against Phil Jackson? Jay Triano couldn't keep his Canada basketball job with Nash playing for him.

Bosh wouldn't have to shoot game winners if they were up on teams!

So, it is all coming down to crunch time? Not many teams goes to their PF at crunching time, more likely to guards ... Actually good teams have two or three options they used consistently, so is hard to guess who they go to. For Raptors is simple, everyone knows is Bosh who gets the ball. I blame coaches (Sam/Jay) for not developing more options to close games besides the one involving only Jose/Bosh.

Bosh's problem isn't that he can't through in the clutch. Plenty of franchise type guys haven't. Even guys like Shaq never took the last shots.

Bosh's problem is that he only effects the game by scoring, a la Kevin Martin, Michael Redd, Amare, Randolph/Shareef etc. Even his rebounding numbers I question because of his skinny body makes him terrible at boxing out. If you're only producing points, I can't justify a franchise tieing 133 mil deal. Especially if you can't be counted on to win games by producing those points when it matters (at least with someone like Shaq, if he's not taking the shot, his low post presence and passing is creating the shot. KG can take defensive assignment. etc.)

At this point I just don't know if he's going to pick those things up in his game. That's why the argument that "they said the same thing about KG" is absolute crap. Even when his teams "sucked" (they still won 50 games+ usually until the last couple years... after his max deal tied them down!), KG's creating and assist numbers were among the best EVER for a big man, and his defensive dominance was obvious. Plus he was a crazy intense guy who showed up all the time and inspiried his teammates to. Bosh is ABSOLUTELY NONE OF THESE THINGS

So I really don't know if we can count on him to become a player like that

You know your points are valid. I can respect what you wrote more then "He fucking sucks trade him!" and all the other B.S. i read. You are right! But I think that some of the talk is a little premature. Bosh needs to impact the game more in different ways. Yes, but i believe that surrounding pieces need to help him establish that. He is only 24. Nobody on the team or coaching staff (maybe Alex English) has that yet.

But I respect what you wrote!

the next 3 weeks leading to the trade deadline could be huge, with Jermaine Oneal on the block and the rumoured Bosh which is starting to look more realistic could possibly mean this could be the biggest 3 weeks in Raptors history outside of Vince and the 2nd but I'm talking about player movement and something that could change the course of the team for the next 5 years in a negative or positive way

Bryan Colangelo is going to start to earn his money this year, the difference between 06 and 09 is the fact is we have players that could get us good players back
