Al Harrington?

Here's an idea i doubt would happen but.......

How about trading --Hump/Kapono/Graham for --Harrington/Belinelli

Then with only 12 players on the roster you move Soloman (Shooter) behind AP and Belinelli then sign Damon Stoudamire to a vet minimum which from what i've heard wouldn't go against the cap,no?

PG--Jose/Stoudamire/Ukic
SG--AP/Belinelli/Soloman
SF--Harrington/Moon/Adams
PF--Bosh/Bargnani
C--JO/Bargnani/Jawai

Isn't Soloman more of a natural SG anyway?

This trade works with RealGM trade checker:

I don't think you'd have to sign Stoudamire, but yeah, I see what you're getting at.

I'd prefer to sign a PF or C.

I'd keep Bargnani behind Bosh.We don't need another PF.In my opinion our second most glaring positional problem is PG.If Calderon gets hurt for any length of time it's a huge hole and Soloman is more comfortable at the 2 and you'd get a true veteran PG behind Jose.Ukic just isn't ready for major minutes on a team that wants to go deep in the playoffs.

Now the depth issues would be taken care of as much as possible anyway. You'd shore up the SF(Harrington),Backup SG(Belinelli),PG(Stoudamire)

Second Unit:

Stoudamire
Belinelli
Moon
Bargnani
JO or Bosh?

Seems alot more stable to me!

Yeah, but if someone at PF/C gets injured Jawai is the first guy off the bench.

And he's a little... ummm... questionable with 0 NBA minutes AND health problems.

Hump actually serves a purpose on our roster. I know its hard to tell.

Well, I guess you could shift Harrington over...

Bargnani would be the first up to back up Bosh/Jo if one of them get hurt. And then Jawai would be his backup if he can go.Main question is, what would happen right now if Jose goes down for 20+ games? Scary!

I like that trade. And you guys are forgetting that Al can play the PF. It would be a small line-up but if JO or Bosh goes down, Al can play the PF.

Yep,our depth bigs would include JO/Bosh/AB/Harrington/Jawai

I'd even throw in a 2nd round pick to get this done!

We've been outscored 143-84 at the SF position in the last three games and are dead last in the NBA in Rebounding.Something is going to have to get done.

I don't think GSW would go for this trade anyways.
Kaps + Trash <<<< Harrington + Belinelli.

We're not outbidding anyone with that offer.

Maybe switch Bargs for Hump and GSW would consider it.

I proposed a Gerald Wallace trade in another thread that's actually somewhat realistic....
Here, at the bottom of the page.

Most real trades work for both teams. At least at first glance.

So Bargnani + Kapono for Wallace(concussion away from end of career) and a filler?

But your trade of Kapono + trash for Harrington and Bellinelli makes more sense? Right. Tell me why the Warriors make that trade - and don't say because they need a big and Hump provides that, or that they need an expiring contract and Joey fits the bill, because that's rubbish.

I like this trade- if GSW would agree to it, which seems unlikely..

Also Damon Stoudamire? Isn't he out of the league now? Last time I saw him on the Spurs he looked like he lost a step. Maybe there is someone else better we could pick up and I would say in this scenario Will is too small to guard most NBA sg's.

Yeah, perhaps IN EUROPE. You come over to the NBA and most 2-guards are at least 6'5". And who's to say the W's are giving up on Belinelli?

Belli never gets any time. Nelson is to fucked up in the head to give his bench players some time. He would rather play his starters 48 minutes
