Couldn't agree more, i mean beast might be a strong word at this early point. But i think he's a solid player that can be very good. Certainly a keeper and yes great trade indeed. This season has to play itself out, see who you want to keep and start adding around those players through the draft, capspace.

This is a developing year, but continued losses can play a part in the mindset and attitude in players. If any of you guys played any sport and loss some x amount of games, you would know that feeling. As players though, they're developing and learning. And the burn from losing will only fuel their determination to win.

As for Bayless, he reminds me of Mighty Mouse for sure. Not afraid of contact or attacking the rim. Playing behind Roy and Paul, he never had the minutes to show what he had. Now that he's given consistent minutes, he's showing what he can bring. Bayless addresses the needs of the Raptors. His assist numbers are low, but that's because of the lack of minutes before coming here and the lack of playing time and experience. I wonder how he'll be next year and if he plays with DD in the summer league.

The position to be addressed now is SF. Not enough point production from that position and a legit C. If only we had Chandler or Hibbert...

The play I'm talking about is when Rose (who's damn fast) picked up a steal. The only guy hustling down the court is bayless who cuts him off, doesn't leave his feet, follows his body and takes the charge on Deng while STILL no one is back. So there's D and EFFORT, disprove both your points on one play.

Also, while he may be selfish he's really the only legit scoring threat out there. He needs to learn how to play still. But I'll take it 10 out of 10 times.
Spot on!!!
