Default Who takes the last shot ????

The regular season is quickly approaching and some late game decisions with soon be upon us. Here's my first question for the 2009 - 2010 season. Who gets the rock for the last shot and why ? As we all know our primary option might not get the ball due to various reasons, so you can make more then one choice in the poll. For i.e I would pick
Is it :

Bargs 1st

Bosh decoy lol no way he gets the ball for last shot, he will force it up

Caldy 3rd

Turk 2nd

For starters I will go with Bargs as my primary and Turk as my secondary. Bargs get can it done in so many differant ways hence hes my #1 option. Only concern I have is how will Bosh handle not being the #1 guy in crunch time. But then we can start another thread on that topic another day lol.

I would say Bargnani then Turkoglu, Calderon.

But as usual it`s not that simple. It depends on who`s playing well, the matchups etc....

The thing is, i thing you start with the ball in Turkoglu hands and try to get Bargnani or Jose an open shot. They`re our two best shooters. If they sag off Turkoglu then let him take it. We have so many options on offence, it`s really rather funny. If someone gets doubled, one of Bargs,Turk,Jose will be open.

I say Turk simply because he's proven he can get it done.
I'm not 100% sold on Bargs...yet.

It should be our money play, with Turk and Bosh running the pick and roll straightaway at the 3 pt line. ORL did it last year, we do it this year.

Anyone who says give it to Bargs in an ISO is out of their damn mind. He can play Lewis' role well off of the primary pick and roll as hes proven he can hit open shots off of penetration in the clutch.

Turk for sure, then Bargs, then Caldy then Bosh. IMO a good shooter should always have the ball in clutch times. I know Bosh is our franchise guy but those guys are better shooters then him and are clutch

It's a team game!

With good facilitators like Calderon and Turkoglu, the last shot will be taken by the player with the highest percentage shot.

Could even be DeRozan as he's the most likely to be left unguarded.

If you need a 3...Turkoglu, Bargnani, Jose, Belinelli

If you need a 2... anyone who's open

Again, depends on the situation. If Turk is doubled and sees Bosh open in the paint he'll likely get the ball. And don't kid yourself, there will be times that it will be Bosh. Most teams expect it to be Turkoglu based on his reputation and the fact that it's one of the main reasons we got him. Therefore the focus won't be so much on Bosh, therefore he should get more open opportunities.

Tired of Bosh's lazy J or blind drive circus scoop layups.

Turk was brought in for this specific situation, whether it be actually taking the shot or creating for someone else(preferably Bargs).

I think Bargs has pretty much reached the juncture where he can do what Bosh does offensively, and his J is more reliable and his drive/drive n' dish is becomming dangerous as well.

Bargs is the best shooter on the team. It would be between him and Turk or Calderon as 2nd options.

Actually our best shooter % wise is Calderon, then Bargs & Belinelli (from 3 has a better % then everyone on this team other then Jose over the last 2 seasons).
