i would love to, but all those threads seem to digress into a jose hatefest of trade jo thread... so i thought i would let people actually show us who they want to trade and then we can hopefully get back to the team that actually plays for the Raptors

awesome on you making this into another Calderon thread!

after reading the first sentence i stopped reading it for two reasons

1) its a big blob of words

2) the first sentence shows how bias you are

He plays the game to win, he loves his teammates, and most importantly, does NOT LOOK FOR SHOTS. What is a point guard supposed to do? Make players around him better. Solomon is a natural shooting guard, and will never, ever, ever, be a good enough point guard to start for ANY NBA team, or atleast SHOULDN'T START. Roko is a solid young player, who has a lot of potential, i really like his game. Bottom line, Jose plays a hugee role in the future of this franchise, and I'm not talking about a negative roll. The only pg in the league that can have a 4 point type performance and still be a key contributer to a win for his team. Not only do I love his game, but I put all trust in Jose's hands (the ball) in any situation, because I know that 9/10 times he's NOT gonna F*ck up. The only players that shouldn't be considered for a trade are Bargs, Colderon, and Roko, given that those are the 3 guys that will only get better, ALOT better. And before you bash my thread know that I WOULD trade any of these guys for an opprotunity to make the Raptors a better team, but I would not risk them for any players will equal talent ( KEY WORD IS POTENTIAL ). You can get a very good player for Chris Bosh, or 2 Good players, and if you ask me, thats less of a risk than trading any of these 3 guys. Bosh is a fluke. Bash me now, but a guy like Bosh is only good because of his work-ethic, and will never make the same impact in this league as a Kobe Bryant, or Steve nash in the past. EVER. Im not saying he's a bad player, just not BORN with NATURAL ability to be a superstar.
man, hes in love with his assist/turnover ratio. thats why he doesnt pass inside the low post to Bosh (risky pass) or penetrate half as much as he used to (turn the corner). hes good but lets not make him a saint

Trade JO and get a starting 3 and some bench help.

Then make a second trade:

AP/Moon to ? to upgrade at the 2 spot.

Therefor you trade JO/Moon/AP and upgrade your 2/3 spots and add a little depth as well.In a perfect world?? lol

Speaking of Parker.
Would you keep him if BC arranges resign for same money and 3-4 years? I would.

It is sad that the two most players that need to be traded to make this team better are the most difficult if not impossible to move.

2-3 million not more, money is very tight now anywhere you go in the league a lot of players are getting below market value salaries 3-4 Mil is too much for a bench player, he is not a 6th man coming off the bench he will be retained in a limited role coming off the bench 12- 18 minutes.

I would trade anybody, for the right offer. As good as Bosh is, I would trade him in an instant for dwight howard. Who in their right mind would say for a Jose for CP3 trade?

That being said, realistically, Bosh, Jose and Andreea will not get you back good value in return (considering what you're giving away), so yeah ... everybody but these 3 should be on the block.

AP for 3-4 more years at the same money (4.5 mil), fuck that garbage! If he stays, he should take less money and be coming off the bench. I'd maybe resign him to a 2 year 6 million dollar deal. But i think he'll end up in Europe again, for more money.

Default jose

the jose bashing must stop.. Another KEYYYY reason to keep him.

@ the end of the games... when we have a better team obviously... and we have a small lead and teams are fouling to extend the game. We have a guy who can hit 100% or pretty damn close to it Foul shots. That is so critical once we started getting on top of these tight game situations.
