You would be surprise but ESPNU plays A LOT of High School BB games. Every top prospect probably has at least one game on ESPNU during their time where people can watch them. Different era though cause HS BB and HS FB in the USA is becoming big for ESPN. Their coverage has improved a lot.

But comparing Irving to one of the greatest prospects all time is not fair to Irving.

If you're not comparing their talent levels then there may as well be no comparison.

Either Sullinger or Irving.

Our biggest needs are at SF, PG, and C. I hesitate to take a PG in the draft only because if we got a really star-type SF/wing player who could play both on and off the ball (oh yeah, and defend) Calderon would be a perfect floor general rather than having to constantly dump it into the post for Bargnani.

I'd actually say Sullinger if he's the real deal.

If we could somehow snag a second top-five pick for Bargnani, I do it and I take Enes Kanter with Sullinger.

Drafting a C takes too long for him to develop.
As for PG there aren't any proper PGs past Irving, so you take him if possible.

Still hoping BC makes a rade dealine move for a star SF

The Raps won't get Irving. The Cavs or the Kings will get him before we do.

There is some interesting options in FA, mostly veterans. Hill, Prince, Ak 47. Not anything you would want in the long term, but a 1 or 2 year deal, they would give us defense and length.

I still really think are focus should be on establishing a low post presence, ie size that will demand defenses to collapse. Mostly likely in place of Amir. It just the easiest thing to free DD on the wing and Bargs at the high post. IMO if this team can play inside-out its far more effective.

I think unless you overpay for those guys they wont take a short term deal unless its with a contender

Agreed, they're in their twilight. They will be looking for more years. But I don't think its out of the realm of possibility.

Bargnani. Probably makes sense given the other options!! Wonder if he can play small forward on offense and guard the slowest guy or worst shooter on defense (no matter thee position).

Irving is a poor man's Tyreke, so I doubt the Kings take him. I could see the Cavs going for him though.

i haven't been keeping track of the college guys but if irving is really that good of a PG then i want him

we should obviously draft for the best available player but also for position if possible
and if its possible then i think we need to upgrade PG most

if we're going to keep guys like bargs, davis, and amir at the bigs and demar at the wing, and we have to expect progression from them, then our biggest need is PG
