Moon got negative press because the whole team was training together without him for like five days. He made the league because of effort. That's why.

It's going to be Calderon. And no it's not because of tonight's game, but this blaming game usually falls on either your star or point guard.

Trust thee.

Bargs and Moon, both because they rely on their outside shot too much and don't take it inside enough.

He's "the Golden Boy" to the media and after the pathetic way they attacked TJ Ford at every turn, they're not going to stick their fangs in the guy they've been graciously been propping up for the past year.

It also came at the time of the birth of his first child. and we are talking about informal pre-training camp sessions. Surely you / the media can understand the HUGE occasion that a new baby brings to a family. I don't fault Moon one bit for wanting to spend an extra few days with his family for such an important reason.

Well when it comes to picking our next whipping boy I select Matt Devlin. Hes part of the team and from what I have seen and heard so far he makes miss Chuck so much more. If picking a player I would have to say its going to be Humps. He brings the energy but his desire to take those jumpers will drive us crazy.

bosh was well on his way last season - and now he will no longer have the excuse that he's the go to guy, therefore he has to shoot 20+ times, even though he's obviously having a bad night ...

The other reason I think Calderon is going to get bit, is that I'm almost sure Ford will put up better stats than him this year. It only makes sense, Caldy's playing to win and will be a game manager over star presence, while Ford is very close to being "the man" in Indiana. I mean Granger and Dunleavy are good, but they're really more like 3rd option types. It's not like the situation here where Bosh was clearly #1 all the time and we had a distinct pass it around philosophy. TJ will definitely attempt to be the star of that team and will pad his numbers.

Naturally, everyone will be all "oh noes! look at Ford's misleading numbers! we made the wrong move!" even though it was clearly the right move for our team at the time... so in a sense the whipping boy could be BC in this situation too.

I agree with TJ but I think his numbers will go the other way, down.

TJ will be the man in Indy no question about it. In his first exibition game he led his team in scoring 15 pts a wopping 2 assists with 2 t/o leading his team to a 105 - 71 thumping to the hornets. lol
