Still alot of time to go before the playoffs start however if the playoffs had to start today we would play Cleveland. Its safe to say that the four top spots are locked up so we start on the road. Which spot creates the best match up for us.The team that scares me the most in the first round is Atlanta.

East Conferance

Boston
Orlando
Cleveland
Atlanta
Miami
Toronto
Milwaukee
Charlotte

Ya i wouldnt mind cleveland. Noone can match up with Bargs on that team. And Hedo absolutely lit them up last year in the playoffs, so if he can get back to form that would be great. I also wouldnt mind Atlanta or Miami, yes they've both blown us out but I really dont think either team is all that good. I think it was more us playing really poorly then anything.

We do not want the Cavs. Lebron James can will himself into the second round... it doesn't matter about matchups with Bargnani or whoever, Lebron makes it out of the first round, period.

I want to face Boston. I know that sounds stupid or whatever, but if we can muster up enough passion to beat them, we'd win the championship!!!!

GO RAPS CHAMPIONSHIP! WOOOO WOOOO! WOOOO.

I think a matchup between the Magic or Cavs would be favourable. We can't beat Boston healthy and Atlanta would just kill us. At least we match up somewhat against those two.

The cavs for sure. Atlanta and Orlando have proven themselves to be superior squads. Boston with sheed is bound at least for the East final. Not to be a party pooper but this team isn't going any where the playoffs, unless by some miracle we pull in to the top four. If we force a game seven I'll be pretty proud of this team.

bring on the best team, if u can't beat em than does it really matter if u made the playoffs? doesn't matter how far u go if you're gonna end up losing to them, hope raps finish 8th

Out of the top 4 teams, we match up best with the Cavs but thats not saying much because theyll just go small and kill us if they know what the hell theyre doing.

I think after that, Boston is our next best matchup just because they play slower and we might be able to beat em a game or 2 with our shooting.

We have no chance against any of these teams but we might win a game or two vs CLE and MAYBE a game vs BOS if we're lucky.

I prefer Miami if possible, but the teams I don't want Toronto matching up with in Round 1 are Orlando and Atlanta. Cleveland is pretty bad too.

I was going to say Chicago, Detroit or New Jersey, but clearly they aren't options.

The reality is, unless we go all 2007 Golden State Warriors on one of these teams, it'll be four or five games and done.

East Conference

Boston

Cleveland
Atlanta
Miami
Toronto
Milwaukee
Charlotte

unless we get 2nd or 3rd place, we wont make it to the 2nd round.

unless something miraculous happens, boston, orlando, cleveland and atlanta will remain 1-4. which means the raps are likely getting bounced quick from the first round. that said, we want to face boston.

Out of those top 4 teams I would say Cleveland and even then they will be too hard for us and we will lose

I think we match up well against the Cavs..but I'll say the Celts based on their recent first round difficulties...It took 7 games to beat Chicago last year and 7 to beat the Hawks in 2008..Maybe that trend could continue..

all of you keep saying cavs based mostly on the fact that we beat them on opening day, but may i remind all of you of how lebron scored 23 in the fourth alone simply because he was pissed off. Lebron wants a championship this year raps sure as hell arent ganna stop him.

I think we match up best with atl even though they slapped us twice, if toronto grows some balls by the end of the season then they will come trying to prove themselves, probally making it a good series, i dont even know how atl is doing so good there not that talanted its just there teamwork.

I think out of top 4 teams, if we make playoff we have the best chance against Boston and Cleveland... and somewhat Orlando... Atlanta will destroy us
