Where's Jalen Rose?
 

My hatred for Jalen Rose and everything he represented with the Raptors runs deeply.

Lamond Murray. TJ. Damon. Hakeem. Antonio. Even Turkoglu hustled more in his one year than Jalen ever did.

These people are more hated than Jalen?


And no, this probably isn't worth a thread in itself.

But after voting in those 8 silly polls, where else could I vent my disappointment in not finding the greediest, laziest Raptor of all time in this competition.

jalen rose sent me a birthday wish, you didn't. ask me who i'd save from getting hit by a train? a guy who's website generated a happy birthday card to me, or a guy who didn't even acknowledge my birthday.

I try not to send anybody birthday wishes, that way when I forget somebody, they don't feel special.

That being said, if I had a reason to start a website and had enough money to pay someone to set it up with an automatic birthday reminding system, than maybe that website would of sent you a birthday wish.

That is a good strategy. When was Jackson't birthday? Do you guys know each other IRL? Okay, enough with that.

I have mixed feelings about Jalen. I was a kid when he played with the "Fab 5" and I basically fell in love with basketball around that time.

I really wish he had become a Raptor 4-5 years earlier. I wasn't super dissapointed with his play in 2003-2004. I sort of felt like KO's style held back the offensive minded players the Raps had at the time. After that, though, it was all down hill. :sigh:

He is one guy I can actually stand to listen to on ESPN now. lol - Jalen is cool even though he played at the worst college possible.

I wouldn't call Michigan sports college level, more like varsity high school

How is there not a matchup between Andrea and Hafa?

Really though - this thing could be endless. Personally, I'd put Moiso near the top of my list.

Kenny Anderson, Rose and Darrell Walker were all on my short list.

i didn't mind Jalen as a player. Kinda sucked in relation to the money he was making, but meh. The bigger problem i had with him was when he started running his mouth as a media guy. especially when he was ranting on about how Bosh leaving Toronto was a foregone conclusion. He had a real arrogance about him in those comments which very much talked down to toronto fans. That pissed me off, coming from a guy that used to 'represent' our city.

When I was a kid, the local cable company provided connections to the Detroit affiliates of NBC and CBS. As a result, I grew up on Wolverine and Spartan sports. Now we have Minnesota affiliates, so I sometimes cheer for the Golphers. I'm also a bit of a Vikings fan.
